Service was met with a smile gentlemen was very knowledgeable about product...its all handmade and the best donut by far that Ive ever had...the baker has a few decades of experience and her products show it... beautiful and very professional..I couldn't even eat a whole one and I like me some donuts....lol...HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wonderful experience today! My daughter had her 17th bday party here. The ladies at Cake & Icing Bakery taught my daughter and her friends how to decorate a cute little cake. They provided everything, and gave them boxes to take their cakes home in. They even gave her a sweet bday present too. Highly recommend

They made a beautiful and delicious cake for my mom's birthday she loved it! it was the most gorgeous beach themed cake with beautiful flowers absolutely stunning she was so in awe when she saw it. Thank you! I'll be back the next time I need baked goods!

I arrived at the bakery and the ladies seemed to have a bit of an attitude at first which was unprofessional. When they realized that I, as well as the other 4 customers in the store, were there for the first time ever, they seemed to sweeten up a little bit. Anyhow, I ordered my son’s smash cake on 6/27. His first birthday is 7/22 so we scheduled a 10AM pickup on 7/19. I asked for a chocolate smash cake with black and white checkered icing and for his name to be written on it in blue. I went in to pick the cake up and they said it was not ready for me. In fact, they were just starting on it. Keep in mind, they closed at 1PM, so they had 3 hours at best to get the cake done for me. They had my order for 22 days so this should not have happened. Shortly after leaving, she called me and asked if she could wait until Monday to do the cake (they’re not even open on Monday, mind you) because she wanted to order a sugar sheet to wrap the cake instead of her having to do the icing by hand. Her reasoning behind this was that the oven was on since she was baking cakes and the humidity was causing the icing on my cake to melt. Why you would have ovens on while trying to ice cakes is beyond me. That just seems like a lack of experience and planning on her end. I said no, I want the cake done today as we planned and I want the icing done by hand as we talked about. She said, “okay, I’ll keep messing with it, but it’s not going to look as good.” I received the cake shortly before they closed. You can see where the icing was melting a bit but more importantly, you can see where she really rushed it instead of taking her time. I am glad I got the cake I asked for, even though it looks pretty sloppy. I would not return to this place given all of the trouble I had, though. I was really worried there for a bit that I wouldn’t even have a cake for his birthday, so I’m glad they came through, although it was really by the skin of her teeth that she came through for me on this one. If I had to describe the people here, I would say: unprofessional, procrastinating, lacking willingness to take accountability, no time management nor organizational skills, and they rush on the quality of their products. As I said, I’m glad I received the cake, but there are too many other places to go that take pride in their work. I would much rather take my business elsewhere from here on out.

We had the blueberry lemon donuts earlier today, and they were heavenly! The lady working the register was an absolute doll! The cupcakes are so moist and perfect! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!

Friendly service and the flavor is amazing!

I needed an oddly specific design on my cake, and they nailed it! The cake tastes great, the filling is good (we requested blueberry), and the buttercream is rich. They also answered messages fairly quickly to help the process. I hadn't been in their shop before but thought it was the cutest when we picked up the cake. All of their donuts and other treats look great too.
