Ordered the online $30 special. 8 pcs of chicken, 8 tenders, a large french fry, a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy, a large side of coleslaw and 4 biscuits. Great deal!! We waited till the app told us the order was ready for pickup and my husband headed in to get it. He told them he had an on-line order and gave them our name. The man behind the counter said it was still gonna be a few minutes. My husband replied OH, it said it was ready. Instead of apologizing, the man replied, we'll it's not!! Just not very customer friendly. Thankfully the meal was delicious and hot!

Food was amazing!! My family and myself enjoy this kfc location specially!! Crystal was very helpful and directed me to the best deal for my large family. Definitely recommend!! Also seen another comment about the cookies and the cookies there have been discontinued for the past few year!!! They have delicious brownies and cakes now!!!!
Placed a $42 order at 11:05 am for a 12:15 quick pick up. Arrived at 12:15 to no order ready. Waited 20 minutes for my quick pick-up. No apology, no bonus (some cookies) for the trouble. Get back to work to find everything cold except the pot pies I waited forever for. Between the ridiculous prices, the lack of value & the don't give a damn service, I don't see this KFC location lasting the year .

Ordered 8 piece bucket all dark meat, half Krispy half original.Got the soggyist, over breaded, undone mixed pieces all original.All for a whopping 31.00. The worst chicken I've ever eaten. Every piece was undercooked I had to throw it all out. On the positive side, mashed potatoes and gravy was great. Corn was old.

I had placed a online order and was given a pick up time. When I arrived I was asked who it was for and they all looked lost. Now I am waiting for food that should of been ready, yet the best was to come. So I am waiting and a man in a white hat and choler on shirt poped up like he is Elvis with NO GLOVES on his hands is bagging food and the best part after bagging food he wipes his face and nose with his hand. He never leaves the area and in a minutes time he does the same thing of bagging food and wipes his nose. I will never go back here again! I'll hit up a pizza place for chicken next time.

In my opinion....their prices have become a little out of hand. Don't get me wrong, they do have good food. It's getting harder for families to treat themself once in a while.

Wow have you seen the prices lately? OMG ! And the large fries seemed old and microwaved too long! They didn't even get eaten. And I only got them because the meals are only for rich people. I'll probably never eat there again ! Seriously. Who in this economy can afford it? 8 pieces of dark meat and old stale,hard fries was $24!!!!
