Not much in my town for fast food and for years Wendy’s has been my go to for awesome service and food. Lately it’s gone downhill faster than a snowball in summer. Burgers slapped together and it looked like whoever was doing the portioning missed the mustard catsup day and went out of their way to make a point of his bad day in my sandwiches. Chicken has gotten smaller than the bun and mayo or lettuce??? Forget it all the lettuce on my sandwiches was old! Should have been thrown out honestly, AND I work in the food industry. I get it, prices going up even for you guys but DAMN!!!

Son of a Baconator! Total rip off!! Looks like a child's McDonald's cheeseburger. Spent $40.00, they forgot our fries, forgot the bacon, they were rude. Horrible!

Went thru drive-thru fast friendly service. The food was fresh and hot. The employee was nice and courteous. My only complaint is the drop coming out of there back onto the road. If you drive a car or anything that sits low, your vehicle will drag on the pavement.

Drive through order for two a number 9 like my shoe. but no really this Wendy's sucks. My food is always cold. Don't bother going in to ask for hot frys the Manager will argue.

Staff is always 10/10 super friendly and fast. Orders are never messed up. My only Complaint is the last few times I’ve been the burgers are quite pink and not to hot when I get them
Screwed up my order told me to come back over from crestline so they can fix it. Asked them if they were going to pay for my gas to drive over. Of course they will not do that. Asked them if they can deliver to me? no dice there. Guy on phone was VERY RUDE NEEDS TRAINING AND ALSO THE LADY THAT WAiTED ON ME AND THE LADY THAT ORDERED BEFORE ME SCREWED UP BOTH ORDERS Workers have no training at all. The lady ordering inside before me got her order screwed up. She was missing a hamburger and fries. GUESS ILL HAVE TO LOOK AT MY ORDER EVERYTIME I EAT AT GALION WENDYS. GO TO MCDONALD'S
