Didn’t give us any straws or sauce. I’m really aggravated how some people that work here forget the tiniest of things. I get it if it’s busy. But we had ordered Taco Bell first so we picked it up because Wendy’s was busy. So then we came back and it wasn’t that busy anymore. So I give the service a one star. Get your employers in check Wendy’s.

Great wendys if you hate lettuce. If you hate lettuce they got you, you dont even have to specify no lettuce because they already give you only 6 strands of bagged shredded lettuce on their sandwiches anymore, other than that theyre wonderful but holy hell what happened to the lettuce?

Fast food restaurant managers have a challenging job. The employees who care are greatly appreciated! It’s always easy to spot someone who understands what it’s like to work in the service industry. Those folks are typically patient and pleasant. Specifically, Susannah is always so helpful and always works hard to make my wrap with extra ranch and pickles!!

3 months ago i ordered a burger with cheese and pickles only, when I got home, my burger had everything on it except pickles , so I called them, they would put a coupon in the Mail , 3 months later, so i called them last week they said they would send a coupon out to me, it's been two weeks, and i live in the next town, 15 minutes from Galion, so I will never eat there again. Very disappointed in their service
