We went in for lunch to go and they were very busy but we still got our food in under 5 minutes and out the door it was a really great experience

3 months ago i ordered a burger with cheese and pickles only, when I got home, my burger had everything on it except pickles , so I called them, they would put a coupon in the Mail , 3 months later, so i called them last week they said they would send a coupon out to me, it's been two weeks, and i live in the next town, 15 minutes from Galion, so I will never eat there again. Very disappointed in their service

Went in for lunch to eat in and every single table was dirty. Service was very slow and disorganized. The food was good and fresh, though.
Edit: Gave them another chance today, and it was a much better experience. They weren't busy, and the service was fast and friendly. Everything was clean and the food was fresh.

Not much in my town for fast food and for years Wendy’s has been my go to for awesome service and food. Lately it’s gone downhill faster than a snowball in summer. Burgers slapped together and it looked like whoever was doing the portioning missed the mustard catsup day and went out of their way to make a point of his bad day in my sandwiches. Chicken has gotten smaller than the bun and mayo or lettuce??? Forget it all the lettuce on my sandwiches was old! Should have been thrown out honestly, AND I work in the food industry. I get it, prices going up even for you guys but DAMN!!!
