Very nice restaraunt . I got grilled chicken sandwich with salad. Ranch dressing was super good. Staff was great, and place was very clean.

Walked into the restaurant on Sunday morning, was waiting to be seated. The girl at the podium Winter had greeted my party and was super nice and sweet, she pulled up a chair for an old man that was struggling to stand so that he could have a place to sit while he waited. However, while waiting I noticed she had a headset on and had been asking for a girl named Shaelynn to come seat the door and Winter explained to me that she wasn’t allowed to leave the podium. She had called for Shaelynn multiple times on the headset before she finally walked up and I noticed it was the same girl that was behind the counter doing nothing. While waiting for her to walk up another girl whose shirt said Hannah had walked past didn’t offer to seat the door or anything she gave us the death stare and walked off.

Visited a few days ago and Hannah was very rude, as soon as I walked in she gave me a death stare, I went to the restroom and walked out and saw her again and she rolled her eyes at me, didn’t ask me if I was waiting to be seated til after I waited for about five to ten minutes and the lobby was empty. There seats open and by the time I decided to leave she finally walked up and asked if I wanted to be seated. Definitely not what I was expecting from this restaurant because I’ve been to multiple of them and have enjoyed the service and food in the past.

The hostess Emily seated us very quickly and the waitress Jody was spot on with the food we ordered,was served in a timely manner. The manager Stephanie was very courteous and polite when checking on us when our food was delivered to be sure it was good and correct order.

I’ve always had really good food from Bob Evans Gallipolis. I was there yesterday around noon and the hostess seemed way off. I couldn’t tell if she was having a bad day or what, but we would’ve never been seated if it wasn’t for one of the waitresses, Stacy. She wasn’t seating anyone, despite a half-empty dining room. Instead, she walked outside to vape. She also never spoke to me at checkout. I said thank you after paying and she gave no response. It was disheartening to see that behavior when I’ve always had a positive experience with the staff here. On a side note, Stacy is an amazing waitress and my 3 egg omelet was tasty 😋

When you lock before the posted closing time it is bad for your business. When the on duty key holder states that she locked the doors at 8:55 and I was standing there at 8:45 and they were locked

Food was fine but server Andrea really knocked it out of the park for our tired family traveling back from Thanksgiving. She quickly suggested and brought a fruit cup for my littlest which kept her cheerful and occupied until the rest of the food came, and was very understanding about our wiggly and loud children.
The servers were understanding when I walked around the dining room with my 3 year old to help him get the wiggles out before his food arrived. Additionally, there are baby changing tables in both restrooms! This restaurant is a great choice for families.
Thanksgiving Dinner was exceptionally delightful!!!
