“My wife and I and brother-in-law went to El Toril Mexican restaurant in Gallipolis, Ohio for lunch. I had the Burrito California with steak. Wonderful atmosphere and decent service. We all enjoyed ourselves. Food quality was 95% but was rated at 80% for service. 87% for overall. We would definitely return.”

“This restaurant has good food…HOWEVER!!!! The food comes out lukewarm at best. The plates are SCORCHING HOT, very unsafe. Service used to be very on par but has become slower. Staff is very very friendly though. Beware: they charge a 3% credit card fee. I would recommend this restaurant but would say…I wish they would go back to the way they served the first month they were open.”

“My wife and I go to the shake shoppe every year for her birthday since we discovered it 5 years ago. Its a nice trip on our motorcycle since we live 2 hours away. The food is great. Friendly staff. Great place to go if you want a good hamburger, hot dog, fries and a milkshake.”

“My family and I went there last night after seeing the Christmas lights. We went because they were the only place open and were not disappointed! My kids loved the pizza. My husband got a small taco salad and said it was good. I got the lasagna and the portion was huge and it was very good as well.”

“Oh Boy, was on a road trip from Goshen Virginia to Indiana. Stopped here and was planning to go to the Taco Bell but thought I’d take the chance on Fuji Express. Well I was not expecting much but was blown right out of the water when I got my food. We also showed up with a group of about 13 and got our food out in less than 20 minutes. The portions were big, price was very reasonable, taste good. Wonderful restaurant, would recommend this place to my friends family or anyone who like good food.”

“I ordered my family's food on the app for the Athen's location,as that is where we were at. But, the Athens restaurant's dining room was closed, so the app must have bumped my order to the Gallipolis Long Johns. My husband didn't mind to drive there, but I was worried our food would be cold. I called and spoke with a super sweet lady who told me she could fix our food when we got there so it wouldn't be cold. She was so sweet and very accommodating. I appreciated her so much! Food was absolutely delicious and served with a smile! We will definitely be back again 🤗 Also, this was our first time getting their onion rings, they were soooo good!”

“I went through the drive-thru wanting a frozen Coke. I asked for the largest frozen Coke possible but, it ended up being a medium one which was $1.79. I don't know how that was confusing to the cash register person. I also ordered a fish sandwich and that was very nice and hot and they got more tartar sauce for me. Thanks”

“We stopped for dinner on our way to NC from IN. It was a perfect spot for our family. We sat outside and my son bounced a ball in the large sidewalk area beside the picnic tables. The service was the most outstanding part of the experience. Everyone was extremely courteous. The pizza has a thin, crispy and delicious crust. It was done so quick for us!”
