“I ordered my family's food on the app for the Athen's location,as that is where we were at. But, the Athens restaurant's dining room was closed, so the app must have bumped my order to the Gallipolis Long Johns. My husband didn't mind to drive there, but I was worried our food would be cold. I called and spoke with a super sweet lady who told me she could fix our food when we got there so it wouldn't be cold. She was so sweet and very accommodating. I appreciated her so much! Food was absolutely delicious and served with a smile! We will definitely be back again 🤗 Also, this was our first time getting their onion rings, they were soooo good!“

“My wife and I go to the shake shoppe every year for her birthday since we discovered it 5 years ago. Its a nice trip on our motorcycle since we live 2 hours away. The food is great. Friendly staff. Great place to go if you want a good hamburger, hot dog, fries and a milkshake.“

The food was ready when they said it would be, and it all tasted very good. I'm always partial to the fries, but the mozzarella sticks were really good too.

My only complaint is the cleanliness of the seating area: most of the tables needed to be cleaned and it needed a thorough sweeping. The restroom seemed clean, though.“

“I went through the drive-thru wanting a frozen Coke. I asked for the largest frozen Coke possible but, it ended up being a medium one which was $1.79. I don't know how that was confusing to the cash register person. I also ordered a fish sandwich and that was very nice and hot and they got more tartar sauce for me. Thanks“

“We hit the DQ drive thru about once a week. The food and ice cream is consistently what you expect, but I want to call out the team.
It’s not always the same workers but they are always extra pleasant and friendly.
This week we pulled in about 2 minutes before closing time for a cone and a Blizzard. I wouldn’t have blamed them for being annoyed. But if they were it didn’t show.“

Stopped by this Wendy’s and had a great experience. The service was solid, the staff handled everything smoothly, and what impressed me the most was how clean this location was. The dining area was well-kept, and the bathrooms were very clean — honestly one of the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve been to. The food came out fresh and everything felt organized. “I have not dined at a Captain Ds in a very long time. We were glad to stumble upon this one while traveling. We had fish dinners. Mine had fries and corn while my brothers had fries and slaw. The fish was excellent. The fries were average. My corn was too wet but my brother said his coleslaw was excellent. The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. Prices were decent.Restaurant was nicely decorated with beach like decor. They had senior specials on Sundays and maybe Wednesdays? Would stop again if ever in the area. This is located not far from the WV stateline.“

“Made a stop for gas and few miles away and needed better food than burgers etc.
At the time, this location was slightly inconvenient and just 'another' Subway until we got inside.
Once inside, visually, it was Subway. What made this Subway stand out was the service.
The gentleman behind the counter was patient and very courteous. My stop was 8 hours into a 17 hour drive and his politeness and frankly, hospitality was very much appreciated.
The sandwiches were great, but it was the customer service that stands out for me.

“To the manager Not sure what is going on but you need to teach your waitresses to multitask Sat in your restaurant almost 2 hours Not one table was cleaned Waitresses walked in and out of the dining room empty handed Floors filthy I understand short staffed but what staff you have not motivated to step up the make what patrons you do have have a pleasant experience The whole dining room with 6 dirty tables and no one tending to mess Had to get our own refills Something needs to improve this is just constructive criticism!
