“I am from Tennessee and here on a road trip. I would normally never pull out Google Maps to leave a review for a random McDonald’s I go to on a road trip but this is genuinely the best McDonalds I have ever been to. Fries were perfect, chicken nuggets were crisp, burgers perfectly made. I’m not even joking when I say this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Employees were super nice too.“

“The employees here work their butt's off to make sure everything is exactly the way the customer wants it. They are extremely friendly, kind, respectful and go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. On 8/21/24 in the late afternoon, I was picking up an online order when I witnessed the 3 girls working being treated like dirt by an older couple who also placed an online order. Unfortunately, the couple placed their order incorrectly, and listed what they didn't want as apposed to what they did want. The girls made the order exactly as it was placed. This couple then went on to belittle and badger these girls demanding their food be remade, all the while harassing them, talking down to them and verbally abusing them at the counter while they did what was asked of them. The girls not only kept their composure, but did so while remaining friendly and pleasant. So I am writing this reveiw to commend them for their ability to behave better than most grown adults would in such a stressful situation. Also, SHAME on you to the older couple who felt they had any right to treat these employees in such a nasty manner. Management should be aware.“

“This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. It has great food great service. The bathroom is nicely cleaned. Also going with the restaurant the seats very comfortable. The staff is very nice. One of my favorite things. There is probably just a classic cheeseburger. I like to add ketchup and onions, but overall this is my favorite restaurant and I hope it becomes yours too.“

“I have alpha gal syndrome and I greatly appreciate the staff being willing to change gloves, make the order on paper instead of directly on the line to help reduce the chance of cross contamination! They were super nice about it and still warned that there is a chance but they followed protocol to help reduce my risk! Thank you for going above and beyond!“

“My wife and I go to the shake shoppe every year for her birthday since we discovered it 5 years ago. Its a nice trip on our motorcycle since we live 2 hours away. The food is great. Friendly staff. Great place to go if you want a good hamburger, hot dog, fries and a milkshake.“

“I ordered my family's food on the app for the Athen's location,as that is where we were at. But, the Athens restaurant's dining room was closed, so the app must have bumped my order to the Gallipolis Long Johns. My husband didn't mind to drive there, but I was worried our food would be cold. I called and spoke with a super sweet lady who told me she could fix our food when we got there so it wouldn't be cold. She was so sweet and very accommodating. I appreciated her so much! Food was absolutely delicious and served with a smile! We will definitely be back again 🤗 Also, this was our first time getting their onion rings, they were soooo good!“

“I went through the drive-thru wanting a frozen Coke. I asked for the largest frozen Coke possible but, it ended up being a medium one which was $1.79. I don't know how that was confusing to the cash register person. I also ordered a fish sandwich and that was very nice and hot and they got more tartar sauce for me. Thanks“

“We put in a mobile order for pickup, and we ate it in the restaurant.

The food was ready when they said it would be, and it all tasted very good. I'm always partial to the fries, but the mozzarella sticks were really good too.

My only complaint is the cleanliness of the seating area: most of the tables needed to be cleaned and it needed a thorough sweeping. The restroom seemed clean, though.“
