Had to walk 1.5 miles to get here (3 miles roundtrip), and honestly, it was worth it! Great ice cream and friendly staff. Ours (group of 6) all came out pretty quickly even when they forgot an item, it only took about 20 seconds to correct it. The entrance is a little confusing. There's two doors, both unlabeled, but since one's meant to be an exit, that one is locked from the outside. At first, we were afraid they were already closed. The service in the drive thru and inside are really slow. Many times there are only 2 people working. They need at least 3 people. It's not like it was with the pervious owner.

Food was good but the service could have been a lot quicker. Waited at least 10min for a latte or longer. No one else was there in drive thru or inside. Not sure what the hold up was......
