“I went to this drive-thru with my partner a few months back. They placed our order, as they were in the driver's seat, and ordered a shake for themselves.

The gentleman taking our order asked if they wanted whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. They said yes. We get to the window, pay. The cashier hands over my drink, then hands my partner their shake and the top was covered in chocolate syrup. This is not a complaint by any means, but it was just more than I expected.

As the gentleman at the window starts to retreat back into the building to get the rest of our order, overcome by how off guard the shake caught me, I said, pretty loudly as I have zero volume control, "Chocolate drizzle? That looks like a chocolate dump!" It wasn't clever or funny, just my stupid, uneloquent observation.

The poor guy obviously heard me. My partner stared at me, gobsmacked, and asked why I was the way that I am. The Arby's employee withdrew the rest of the way into the building, closed the drive- thru window and wouldn't be seen again during this transaction.

He had someone else deliver the rest of our order, which I cannt blame him one bit. I still feel so bad because I'm pretty sure he was the one who made the shake. For what it's worth, my partner loved it. I'm sorry, guy. That was very uncouth of me.“

“All 5 stars. Me and my family came in last Tuesday late evening and the chicken was on point. Great service and a lovely manager on that shift. The lobby smelled like old money and lavender. I'll definitely be back for more of that chicken. On the night crew that is.“

“The red headed girl was rude. And the food wasn't all that good. I wouldn't eat there again. I'm allergic to fish and they put my chicken in the same grease so I can taste it and the oil was dark & nasty, even the cook said it and asked the manger if he could change it out & she said no. I got sick so I wouldn't recommend eating there.“

“Passed by and got a couple shakes here after having a bad experience with a leaking cup at a DQ in Kentucky. The blonde girl that helped us at this DQ made us laugh and it definitely made a fun memory. Made the shake taste so much better ? Wish I'd gotten her name, love ya girl“

“Ordered a pizza and when I opened it, it was wrong. No biggie, we all make mistakes. Called and they didn't have a driver so I had a pizza to get another day. When I tried the 2nd time they got it right and it was delish. I love white pizza and they do it correct. Thanks guys!“
