“Was here yesterday for the first time. Ordered a hot lavender latte. The drink was phenomenal and delicious. The girl was mad friendly and polite who made my latte. Great vibe and atmosphere. I’ll be back and highly recommend this place.”

“Outstanding, my current second favorite place in Ohio for pho, and who woulds have guessed to have found this gem in little Jackson, Ohio! This is a very similar experience and quality to Superior Pho in Cleveland, including the small Asian mall setup you walk through to get to the shop, and to be in the same league as Cleveland pho is impressive. My only complain is some of the beef was a bit dry, but I expect thats due to the location and lack of high turnover environment, in a large city this shop would be perpetually slammed. The broth was fantastic, perfect, no notes. Add to the fact that while you are there you can get your laptop fixed, nails done, a sign made, car washed, and experience a small scuff fi and fantasy movie collection... what's not to love!? Thanks to the chef and keep it up!”

“The red headed girl was rude. And the food wasn't all that good. I wouldn't eat there again. I'm allergic to fish and they put my chicken in the same grease so I can taste it and the oil was dark & nasty, even the cook said it and asked the manger if he could change it out & she said no. I got sick so I wouldn't recommend eating there.”

“BEST IN TOWN chicken tenders / chicken strips. Sometimes the answer to fast food for dinner for us happens to be picking up chicken strips / tenders and potato wedges. That we always seem to do at the Marathon gas station on - I think it's Broadway St. I'm lousy at directions. It's the Marathon that's on the same road as Jerry's Jamestown Market and Bellisio Foods. But, just yesterday, we decided to pull into Main Express / the Sunoco station on Main Street. It was a stop for hubby's libations but he asked if I'd like to go in an grab a slice of pizza for a quick lunch. Good idea. Bad idea. Pizza slices had obviously been in the warming case for who knows how long. Pepperoni and cheese on that pizza was dark and shriveled. Quite disgusting. Sure I was a bit peckish but I wasn't THAT hungry. So I opted to try ONE of Main's chicken tenders / strips. Should have bought several. The chicken tender / strip was outstanding! Crispy, nicely seasoned batter surrounding an amazingly moist, good-sized slice of chicken breast. Totally surpasses chicken strips offered at the Marathon station. We'll be back.”

“The Jackson County Veal is delicious here. I’ve never had theirs before.I grew up in Oak Hill with terrific veals. You can’t find that crispiness, slight sweetness, slight tanginess hardly anywhere, but its here at Gillespie’s. I already love their footers. I have loved them for a few years now.The staff even brought it out to me in their seating area. Just great.Parking: There seems to be plenty of space for parking.”
