“Several years ago, I would have said that this rally's was headed downhill and probably wouldn't be around much longer. But, it has been under new management the last couple of years, and it seems as if they have really righted the ship. The food is always hot and fresh now, and the garlic parmesan fries are phenomenal. Thank you very much for your commitment to service. My favorite menu item is the 2 spicy chicken doubles for 7 bucks, but they also have several different items that you can mix and match. 7 bucks for two large sandwiches in this economical climate isn't something that a broke dude can overlook. It is my wish that the community shows their appreciation to this place by becoming loyal customers.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“Stopped to get food and use the bathroom during a trip from virgina beach back to Indiana. Ordered the chicken bacon Swiss. It was made very sloppy but it was good. Wish it had more than a few strips of shredded lettuce. Ordered cheesesticks that somehow didn't come out hot even though we were told to pull up and wait on them.“

“Beautiful night to be out. Our JJ in Chillicothe is beyond compare to others. I've visited (Hubby is a HUGE fan of JJ) numerous !! In Chillicothe's location... The seating out front (with ample street parking) is calming and beautiful! Location. Location. Location! At this store, even the bathrooms are kept pristinely clean! This group is constantly cleaning and maintaining not only the building but the business. The food comes out fresh and vegetables crisp and I couldn't make it better at home! Again, I've been to many Jimmy John's and this place is beyond approach when it comes to the food service and exceptional cleanliness! 10 stars out of 5! I definably think the staff/team/crew is what makes this place! I've waited to get back into town to order from this location. Far better than any others! The ppl are impressive and that is what sets it apart from not only other sandwich shops but also in comparison to other JJ.❤️“

One employee took the time to notice that the carne asada was low and got my husband fresh meat! We feel as though the Chipotles in our home area have gone very downhill in customer service and food quality. This experience was extremely refreshing!“

“The Subway on Western Ave in Chillicothe has to be the most underrated Subway around. I knew from the minute I walked in the store and smelled and seen how clean it was that my order was going to be accurate. It saves a lot of time and you can customize your sandwich. it also tells me what time my order will be done so it's easy. I use the drive thru window and it's almost always a quick, painless pickup . I like the employees there and my sandwiches always taste good.“
