“It takes a lot to get five stars from me. The KFC in Chillicothe Ohio would get 0 stars if that was an option. So I would love for someone from KFCs corporate headquarters to explain why it is that one store can be so outstanding and another be so horrificly bad. I get that the atmosphere can vary greatly in any chain restaurant but apparently no one is paying close enough attention to the quality of food and service that is being distributed under the KFC Brand name. Great job Logan Ohio KFC thank you for restoring my desire for KFC.“

“UPDATED REVIEW:I decided to try BK out today for the first time in a few years. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and wonderful the service was. The two people that serviced me in each window have excellent customer service skills. Which was a pleasant surprise from the past.I ordered a Whopper jr. meal with an unsweetened tea and a Spicy Chicken Wrap. The spicy wrap was pretty good, for what it is. I would buy this again. It almost reminded me of the Twister wraps that KFC had 15 years ago. The Whopper Jr. tasted fine, It was assembled correctly and the lettuce, onions and tomato looked fresh. The fries, while crisp and very well salted, were very bland. The price was decent at just under $10.Overall. I was pleased with my visit today. They must have changed management and staff because it is leaps and bounds better than the last time I visited a few years ago. I will most likely come again sooner rather than later. “We rarely go to McDonald's, typically our order is missing something or is messed up. This can be aggravating when you go through the drive through only to have to get out of the car and go inside to correct the order. Today we decided to dine in and we had a pleasant experience. The person taking our order was friendly and the one who brought our food to our table was so kind. Our order was correct too.“

“Longest wait ever yesterday, October 2, 2023. Almost 2 Hours!!! I guess they were training people...COOPERATE IF YOU ARE READING THIS, THERE HAS TO BE A MORE EFFICIENT WAY TO TRAIN!!I literally pulled in wearing my sunglasses and left out turning on my headlights. The line was backed up onto Hunter Street.** and for those wondering why I didn't leave, like I watched multiple people do, I had an order for 4 people ready and wasn't able to change food choices unfortunately. I have now learned my lesson and will have a backup food place. I was also optimistic that the line had to start moving at some point...I was wrong...it never did“
“For a quick, reasonable way to feed the family or party, you can't go wrong. This visit for me I had a group of guys building a deck I was bringing a late lunch to. For 25 bucks, I got that handled. My son and I prefer Little Ceasars over most of our local shops and again the prices can't be best.“
