“One negative I have is when a customer orders something and it’s not done and when you say something to the employee they just the eyes they should make it right who wants to eat cold food“
“I had not been to Subway in a few years. The food was not great. Meat looked like it had been there for a week. The last weeks I started going again. The food was great, service good. It has really turned around for Subway. Keep up the good work!“

“Food is good, something different from the same old burger joints. Customer service has been friendly the majority of the times I’ve been there. The awning out front needs scrubbed and the city on your receipts says Ironton instead of Lancaster. The drive thru is a little tight if you drive a bigger truck.“

“This certainly going to be a brand new tradition for my Girlfriend and I. The staff was very friendly and attentive which is always spectacular and stands out at this location every time we have came by to eat. The decorations and the mood were by far an excellent addition to the experience.“

“Friendly and inviting! Staff seemed to really like helping customers which is a breath of fresh air! Archit is upbeat, positive, and helpful! Smiled while helping customers and was very social and approachable.
Hardee's has definitely the best breakfast selection and priced well, please keep the prices reasonable. I love the Monster breakfast and for the price it can't be beat! Excellent staff and store. Management take note! You are doing a great job hiring and keeping store pristine!“

“Small mistake was made with our food but the staff corrected it no questions asked and genuinly apologized. I wasnt even upset, like I said just a small mistake and not even a big deal. Everyone was very kind with great attitudes and the food was good!“

“Wendy's Just went thru drive through & had the best service from newbie, Allison.. nothing like the 5$ JBC meal deal .... juicy fresh sandwich, chicken nuggets, baked tater & sweet tea!! Also, picked up a couple frosties, 5$ gift card & 1$ Coupon book for 5 tricker-treaters � for jr. frosties. Yum �“

“Your food and staff are very on par. But as a worker who only gets prota John's on job site I hate going here based off the restroom. I hate the lay out if I gotta poop the walls to the restroom lead it open for lack of privacy. And you need to stop worry about wasting water and paper towels. Turn those sensors on longer. How can I expect your employees to wash there hands if the sink doesn't even stay on for 5 seconds it's B's ngl. And how am I going to dry my hands with a 3 inch long piece of paper towels?!?! Step it up good restaurants start with good hygiene.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“Good, juicy, hot burger made to order, accurate and fast. Kind staff. Fries needed more salt and possibly cooked longer. Were not golden and their normal crispy. I ordered online counter carryout. I was given cups to fill my own drink. If they had Coca-Cola Freestyles, I might like to pick my drink, but I'm used to my drinks being filled for carryout. I was in a hurry, traveling. Drinks need to be waiting with the pickup order. Also had to ask for a drink carrier.“

“If you ever need a good laugh or a smile put on your face or just in general want to pay it forward to the person behind you, you should definitely visit the Hardee’s on Highway 58 in Chattanooga, TN! The guy that works the drive-through window is always joking with me and playing tricks and he told me that my card declined but I thought he was being serious and I was like well, I have cash if you need me to pay for it that way. he said he was just joking, but if I wanted to, I could pay for the person behind me as their food was less than five dollars! It goes to show kindness and just a little bit of laughter makes things go a long way and you’re more open to being a giver when you encounter people that just put it out in the atmosphere!“

“Rally's has really lost it's human touch. nothing can replace a human recording the order. Having a automatic machine doing it is such an awful idea. each item I tried to orde the machine would Interrupt me after each item asking me if there was more. IF it would have shut up and let me finish my order there would have been more. Do not give the short staff excuses, if staff is able to stand out on B side and smoke a cigarette, then clearly they have enough man power to take an order. There was NO other cars. I will be back, for a walk up order only.“

“If you had asked me to rate the place a few months ago it would have been a 5/5 Now not so much. I've watched employees take the best parking spots. Which saddens me as I watch the senior citizens struggle to walk across the parking lot. Trade e-cigs out side back and forth like you would joints then go back to work without washing their hands. I've even watched an employee's scuzzy friends go to the counter and supply her with cigarettes they brought inside already lit and got several puffs then pass it back. They had a massive laugh over it and they left, she went back to the line without hand washing. Idk far to much is becoming questionable.“

“By and large, Wendy’s has a better hamburger than McDonald’s. Have been going to the Buckeye Lake Ohio Wendy’s for 25+ years. Today was a first. I had not eaten in the dining room since before Covid. I usually get drive thru but my husband and I decided to eat in today. What a terrible disappointment. I wanted to place a separate take out order so my husband got the straws and napkins and got a table while I waited on my salad to take home. There were only 2 other tables of people so the store was not that busy. The store was dirty with food all over the floor. When I complained, I was told that they are under construction. I told them that food all over the floor is not construction related. One trash can was over-flowing and there was no place to put your garbage. They were out of spoons in the dining room so I had to ask for spoons for our frosties. There was no ketchup in the dining room so I had to go back and ask for ketchup. My second trip to the counter, I asked if there was a manager around. The cashier pointed to a lady. She looked in my direction and then turned her back and walked away. This is the worse experience I have ever had at this store in the 25+ years I have been going there. I’m so disappointed. But yes I would still recommend Wendy’s food.“

“We got 2 plain Filet-O-Fish and a free large fry which was not in our order when we pulled away from the drive-thru. Only the drive-thru is open I had to go back up to the window and knock on the window they did not want to open the window I had my receipt I pushed it up to the window and said we just got the Filet-O-Fish and did not get the fries.... The size of the filet barely covered the bun so sad...“

“Every week, I drive from Youngstown Ohio to Lancaster Ohio to spend time with my girlfriend. As I was heading back to Youngstown, I decided to try this DQ, and I grabbed a cheeseburger and hot fudge milkshake. The service was a bit slow, and the burger was a bit sloppily put together, but honestly the cheeseburger from this DQ was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Seriously. This is definitely a country style place, in the middle of nowhere, and everything about this place screams 'quaint'. I cant wait to have to pass by here again, to stop and get another amazing sandwiche. Do yourself a favor and stop here.“
