“Got the chicken sandwich. Which is now two small chicken strips on a small bun. Asked for no mayo. It was slathered in mayo. Fries were rock hard and old. Went back through. Had to wait in line. Other food got cold.Never had food that wasn't fresh there before.30 dollars for a 4 chicken strip. Fries. Sandwich. Ice cream. Bleh. Saddened by this experience when usually we drive 20 miles further to go to this location instead of the one 5 minutes from my homeThey also made the banana split about half the size it was before.“
“The best place to grab icecream. I also bring my two kids here for dinner as well. Service is fast. Everyone is nice and willing to help. Owners are very personable. My favorite is peanut butter butterfinger flurry, chocolate malt, and the raspberry cone with crunch. My kids love the kids cone with eyes of course. The grilled paninis are my favorite. I do also enjoy their HOMEMADE BBQ sauce. I feel like if I ever have a problem I am able to talk to the owners.“
“I used to go here in my childhood, and I stopped by as an adult to check it out and see if it was like I remembered. I ordered a coney and broccoli cheese bites, and they were delicious. The prices are extremely fair, and the selection is great. The girls working there were very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a small town dairy place, stop here!“

“The restaurant itself is great. Fast service food was hot. I still don't understand the concept. These are the blandest chicken fingers made anywhere. A piece of dry toast you get and that sauce isn't anything to write home about either.“
“We were looking for something we don't have at home for lunch while in Lancaster, and Rax popped up on maps. My wife said that's where we should go. I haven't had a Rax roast beef since the late 80's, and was very happy with my meal. The staff was very friendly, and we talked about how they're down to 4 Rax's left. We got our food and were completely satisfied! I am not a fan of Arby's (overpriced). We both had lunch and it was $20. I got the big sandwich even! Great horseradish sauce and BBQ sauce. Twisty fries were fresh hot and crispy yet soft on the inside. If we're in town again, we'll eat here again.“

“I scream, you scream we all scream for ice cream! One of our favorite stops when we’re wanting a sweet treat or cheese curds!! Yum, better just get a basket of them with ranch or marinara! It’s a busy and popular place so you have to expect to not be in a hurry and wait a little bit. Most of the time they get the orders right however tonight they didn’t give us the right blizzard and just made two of the same. Overall tho it’s a good stop and variety of things for everyone.“
“This evening I ordered a personal size with pepperoni & I said I wanted it lightly baked.....when I picked it up and got home.....well, it was the worst I have ever had.....dried pepperoni.the crust was tough & overdone ( almost burnt on bottom).....I have been to several of your places and always was very pleased but not tonight.“
“You don't see a lot of Managers out on the floor cleaning the tables. Especially when there is 5 to 8 workers on staff too. I just watched a lady named Haley (spelling could be off) jn Lancaster Ohio, clean this whole lobby and trash cans too. A+ Girlie....A+ Leading by example is one trait not taught. It takes a leader. “Today was my second time getting a takeout order. Both iMessage the food was dee licious !I was greeted by a lovey young lady who promptly took my order.The atmosphere looked inviting and relaxing. Next time I hope I have the time to dine inside.This tastes like authentic Mexican cuisine and appears to be a family owned business.I would strongly recommend this place and I can’t wait to return.“
“This is the BEST Subway I’ve ever been to. If it wasn’t for this location I wouldn’t eat Subway at all. The food here is always fresh and the employees are always so nice! I’ve never had a bad experience here at this location. I feel like it’s family owned because the service is always amazing here and that usually means the employees are treated well!! Keep it up!“
“Great food and great employees! Yes this location is busy because not only do a lot of people come here, there's also those who work nearby at Fairfield Medical Center and its offices, to get their food, but it's worth the wait! Happy eating!“
“Yesterday we visited this restaurant because we heard for the first day of spring. They were offering free ice cream cones. Who doesn't want a free ice cream cone? Well, what we didn't account for was that everyone else wanted a free ice cream cone. So we waited for a while in the drive-through and were told by the young man once we got up to the speaker that they were having computer problems and we may be more successful if we went inside. OK no problem. We went inside And found a very hard-working staff busting their tails to take care of everyone who was there, despite having issues with their computer system. After not very much waiting at all, considering how busy they were, we got some great milkshakes and blizzards and decided to pass on the free cones to allow them to move on to the next order. Just wanted to give them kudos and make sure they were recognized for doing a good job during a tumultuous time.“
