Amazing atmosphere! Great employees. Greeted with a smile. The store is spotless, not a crumb on the floor. It’s so clean you can eat off of it! Oh and the food is so scrumptious! Fresh every time and makes my mouth water. I love Lancaster Kfc! Keep up the great work!
It was a great place to get together
Food wasn't hot.,just warm .The inside is looking real run down .Needs a good paint job.

KFC offers generally good service, and many customers enjoy their meals at this location. The restaurant is known for its crispy chicken and coleslaw, which are popular with many visitors. It is also appreciated for being reliable, with consistently good food and fast service that can even be quicker than competitors like Wendy’s or McDonald’s. The staff sometimes go above and beyond, with employees checking on customers to ensure everything is satisfactory. However, some issues remain, such as accessibility challenges due to heavy doors that can be difficult for wheelchair users to open, and parking can be limited during busy times. Despite these concerns, the restaurant offers great deals, including the 6Pc Meal with a variety of sides. Overall, this KFC continues to be a popular choice for fried chicken lovers seeking good food and friendly service.
