Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes with a line to the road. They took one order at a time with 15 minutes in between each order and prioritized lobby orders even when drive thru customers were there first and waiting the longest. They were not short staffed, they just didn't feel the need to service drive thru in a timely manner and didn't seem to care at all about the upset drive thru customers waiting. I was in the other night at about 10pm to get a chicken sandwich. I get home and take a bite of the sandwich flip it over and see this on it. MOLD!! I called the restaurant because at that point I wasn’t going to eat anything else. The gentleman that was working the window gave me a refund on the sandwich.
