Pricing is very fair for lunch, dinner is slightly on the pricier end but ultimately worth it.
Our youngest had his 6th birthday coming up recently and wanted to go there. The chef cooking for us sang happy birthday to him while playing a small guitar, involved us all in catching small clusters of rice, played little fun pranks with him, and told him multiple times that he is special. Both of my boys were grinning ear to ear and so happy. Their joy from the experience of dinner here was priceless!”

“Stopped at Donut World after driving a good distance to get there. Was told it was the best around. That stuff was absolutely horrible!! They was hard as a rock and the ones you could chew, the filling tasted absolutely horrible. it tasted old and like it's been sitting for a very long time. A total waste of gas and money.. would not recommend this place at all. And the 2 ladies were very rude. The black lady at the window acted like she was bothered to take an order, while the white chick acted like her job was so miserable. No hello. No thank you, no nothing. The Chicken on a stick is so good, don't know what they marinate the chicken in but yum. Then no matter what else I get I always get an order of their House fried rice. I can always save it for another night. And can't remember what she said the names of the dessert cakes were but was a great end to the meal. Here is what I got Sunday.”

She checked on the table next to ours 3 times and refilled their drinks before she got to ours. No veterans discount even though I wore a vet hat and Army polo shirt. poor. just poor this time. usually very good.”

“I play bingo here Mondays and Fridays. The bingo itself is okay, not too packed (atleast the few times I've been). Clean and spacious. They don't take a card so bring cash or you can use the ATM machine with a 3.50$ charge. They only have pop 1.50 a can, hot dogs don't know the price, and candy bars 2.00 each. Overall pretty good bingo!”

“We had a rehearsal dinner at El Parian Steaks & Tequila. They have a back room that seats up to 60 people. They were absolutely wonderful to work with, reasonable in price, and very accommodating. They gave us the option to pick 4 menu items off the menu for our guests to choose from or the options of - taco, fajita, or nacho bar. We chose the fajita and nacho bar. The food was hot and ready when we arrived. The guacamole here tastes so good! They even packed up the leftover food for us! Their staff were very attentive and kind. We will definitely recommend them to others. Wonderful job! 👏👏👏”

The awning out front needs scrubbed and the city on your receipts says Ironton instead of Lancaster. The drive thru is a little tight if you drive a bigger truck.”

“Had a family Christmas get together (party of 8) Tuesday Dec 23 at Max and Ermas Lancaster. I want to say my food was great as were the kids meals and my wife seemed to enjoy her Great American Burger! The complaints I had were less about the food but rather the attentiveness in the service. We left what was over $20 tip on a $102 ticket so the waitress was more than compensated. My mom was a waitress most of her life and so our family has always tipped. Service would have to be nonexistent for us to no tip but many would have said the kind of service received during this visit was no where near a $20 tip. At no point were we ever preemptively asked for drink refills. Max and Ermas now has fry refills much like Red Robin but again at no time were we ever asked for such. We did get asked when the food was brought out if we needed anything else but at NO point did a manager or staff member ask how the food was or check in from a customer service perspective. The ticket could have easily earned another $15-$20 higher even with suggestions of ice cream for the kids or appetizers. I wanted to share this because as stated while from a food taste perspective most of our food was terrific (The Larado Steak was way too tough) the quality of service would probably make me think about a visit again soon!”

This salad was so good! The queso is what really did jt for me. So good and they give you a good amount of it too. Full of chicken, guac, lettuce, etc and served in a warm shell. It’s my new favorite and our two year old kept wanting to dip her fries and chicken nuggets in my queso. :)”

“I don’t know where some of these one star people went to but my experience was five stars, for real!!!! The only thing I noticed in the one star reviews was that the kitchen people were not wearing gloves. That doesn’t bother me since state law requires regular hand washing.
The wings were tasty and the fries were awesome! My wife said that the ice tea was some of the best she had ever had!
Oh, and the employees were nice and not condescending,,, unlike another place in town that sells wings. Nuff said!!”

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.”
