Tim Hortons

I ordered delivery as I am unable to drive and when my order came I did not receive part of my order. I submitted my request on their app and got an email stating that I should have been at the door to review my items (due to health reason I did not get to it in time) and that I did receive my full order (which I did not). Yesterday a manager by the name of Kyle at Tim Hortons on East Main st in Lancaster severely beat up a mentally and physically disabled man, while he was on the clock!!! The reason was because the man had put his bag by Tim hortons dumpster while he went to the dollar store( as the store policy is no bags brought in) anyways after the guy went to retrieve his bag this Kyle guy came out of Tim Hortons and had thrown it in the dumpster. Paid with my app as I do every day at least once to twice a day. Went to the drive-through to pick up my oatmeal and coffee. I was notified that they did not have oatmeal.
