First of all I never do reviews. News papers to reed which quite a few people was reading them. My big Mac was amazing and I used to work in the one at circleville and the big Mac was never good. The nuggets actually had pepper on them.
Since you took out the drink station, you have to wait for your drinks, and then you don't get a straw, and you wait all over again for a straw.. something definitely needs fixed!! And don't let me get started on napkins.. if you need those, you had better bring them with you!

Charged us for a drink that was included in our meal. We asked why we were being charged for a large drink and the employee said the drink was not included with our meal. All drinks are included with the meal. After asking why, all of a sudden our drink was included. Interesting.
