Fast friendly service. No wait at lunch time. Convient location.
These are the best subs in town! Hook & Ladder is so good! My kids and I love it here. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, and they always greet us when we come in. They never forget to give my son the hat and coloring sheet and Rice Krispie treat with his meal. Love how consistent they are with the subs. Tastes the same every time, no matter who is working and I go almost once a week.
I was in there April 6, 2026 and I ordered 2 large Smokehouse brisket sandwiches and 3 brownies.The brisket subs were very thin and didnt have much meat on them. The taste was good, but not what I was expecting. The brownies were stale and not what I remembered. I spent $40 on this meal and was very disappointed. I was very surprised considering it is always so busy there.
