Rally's has really lost it's human touch. nothing can replace a human recording the order.
Having a automatic machine doing it is such an awful idea. each item I tried to orde the machine would Interrupt me after each item asking me if there was more. IF it would have shut up and let me finish my order there would have been more.
Do not give the short staff excuses, if staff is able to stand out on B side and smoke a cigarette, then clearly they have enough man...read full review

Rally's is a fast-food restaurant known for its delicious, well-made food. Many customers appreciate the fresh flavors and nice workers, but there have been some complaints about order accuracy. The drive-thru service is generally quick and offers a variety of options, though some customers find it a bit pricey. While the fries are still a standout, there have been instances of wrong orders, particularly with toppings on chicken sandwiches and Big Bufords. Recently, it was noted that there was only one employee working during busy times, which affected the food quality and service speed. Despite these issues, Rally's remains a recommended stop for fast food, especially for those who enjoy the burgers and chicken sandwiches.
