Rally's has really lost it's human touch. nothing can replace a human recording the order.
Having a automatic machine doing it is such an awful idea. each item I tried to orde the machine would Interrupt me after each item asking me if there was more. IF it would have shut up and let me finish my order there would have been more.

Ive never had a bad experience at this location. I ordered some tenders for myself and let me tell you something. Fresh food is worth the wait. They were proficient in letting me know that there would be a wait for my 8 piece. My girfriend got the superloaded buford and you could tell the grilled onions were fresh off the grill and hadnt been sitting for hours like most people would expect.
