“Stopped at Donut World after driving a good distance to get there. Was told it was the best around. That stuff was absolutely horrible!! They was hard as a rock and the ones you could chew, the filling tasted absolutely horrible. it tasted old and like it's been sitting for a very long time. A total waste of gas and money.. would not recommend this place at all. And the 2 ladies were very rude. The black lady at the window acted like she was bothered to take an order, while the white chick acted like her job was so miserable. No hello. No thank you, no nothing. “The weather was beautiful so we sat outside on the patio. We were greeted by a friendly and warm waitress named Brooke, and had cocktails and appetizers served to us shortly after arriving. I had the short rib Gouda Mac & cheese and my husband had the 7 pepper burger. We were both impressed with how amazing our food was!! We also had dessert and had the best apple cobbler of our lives! Great food, great atmosphere, delicious cocktails & live music! 10/10 recommend.“

“This restaurant is located in one of the most absolutely architectural beautiful stunning buildings that I have personally seen. There is ample room for any parties I would recommend calling ahead to schedule your party so that your room is available. There are restrooms available. Parking was a little sketchy we ended up parking out back by a bank luckily the bank was closed when we were parking there. This location is in Lancaster Ohio. You may have to park and walk back to the location if parking is not available next to the building. However the food is absolutely delicious and it is fresh. The food is a absolute delight for not only your eyes but your taste buds. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I look forward to taking my family and going back there many times. This was our first time at this location and they did not disappoint in any way shape or form. There was an absolute delight to get to go to this location. I will however admit it was a little pricey. Everyone was dressed very nicely. There is outside seating as well as inside seating and private dining areas. Make sure you take the time to stop at this location and enjoy the views as well as the food.“

Pricing is very fair for lunch, dinner is slightly on the pricier end but ultimately worth it.
Our youngest had his 6th birthday coming up recently and wanted to go there. The chef cooking for us sang happy birthday to him while playing a small guitar, involved us all in catching small clusters of rice, played little fun pranks with him, and told him multiple times that he is special. Both of my boys were grinning ear to ear and so happy. Their joy from the experience of dinner here was priceless!“

“We had a rehearsal dinner at El Parian Steaks & Tequila. They have a back room that seats up to 60 people. They were absolutely wonderful to work with, reasonable in price, and very accommodating. They gave us the option to pick 4 menu items off the menu for our guests to choose from or the options of - taco, fajita, or nacho bar. We chose the fajita and nacho bar. The food was hot and ready when we arrived. The guacamole here tastes so good! They even packed up the leftover food for us! Their staff were very attentive and kind. We will definitely recommend them to others. Wonderful job! 👏👏👏“

“Had a family Christmas get together (party of 8) Tuesday Dec 23 at Max and Ermas Lancaster. I want to say my food was great as were the kids meals and my wife seemed to enjoy her Great American Burger! The complaints I had were less about the food but rather the attentiveness in the service. We left what was over $20 tip on a $102 ticket so the waitress was more than compensated. My mom was a waitress most of her life and so our family has always tipped. Service would have to be nonexistent for us to no tip but many would have said the kind of service received during this visit was no where near a $20 tip. At no point were we ever preemptively asked for drink refills. Max and Ermas now has fry refills much like Red Robin but again at no time were we ever asked for such. We did get asked when the food was brought out if we needed anything else but at NO point did a manager or staff member ask how the food was or check in from a customer service perspective. The ticket could have easily earned another $15-$20 higher even with suggestions of ice cream for the kids or appetizers. I wanted to share this because as stated while from a food taste perspective most of our food was terrific (The Larado Steak was way too tough) the quality of service would probably make me think about a visit again soon!“

The app charged me full price for 2nd pizza, guy at the counter fixed it! Also gave me 2 sauces for free. Gave them a tip and went on my way. Pizzas were excellent, the boneless wings were great too. Service was awesome, greeted me as I came in, helped me with my order price and told me to have a great night.“

The food and service here were great as usual! The team on the floor is always superb, attentive, and doing their absolute best. However, ownership seriously needs a kick in the pants.
The air conditioning has been down for over a week, making it completely uncomfortable to sit and enjoy a meal. On top of that, the tables still have that frustrating, sticky residue left over from whatever cleaning chemicals were used back during COVID—it's high time those surfaces were properly stripped or replaced.
The servers and kitchen staff deserve huge credit for powering through these conditions, but management and ownership need to step up, fix the A/C, and address the basic upkeep of the dining room.“
