“1st miss for this place in a long time. I ordered Gen Tso chicken. What I got was not good at all. There was virtually NO sauce - just a bunch of pre formed balls of some non descript protein. Rather underwhelming and not the first hint of spice.“

“I live 3 hours away and wanted to send a meal to my friend and her family who had just lost their mother. The staff were extremely helpful, empathetic, and kind to me on the phone. When my friends husband went to pick up, the staff again offered condolences and helped carry the food to the car. The food was amazing to my understanding! This is why people keep coming back to them- excellent food and excellent service! You never know what someone is going through- how amazing to make someone’s hard day better with kindness💕“

“I LOVE Roosters. You have no idea. And let me tell you, I think this specific Roosters does it the best. I mean, 5 stars all the way. The shrimp was delicious and I think they hooked me up with some extra, and the Nashville chicken sandwich was aooo crispy and moist and it fell apart, and they gave me the extra mayo I asked for the first time! Amazing, best roosters visit I’ve ever had.“

“We ventured here tonight for the first time. Wanted a quick bite before going to the Pickerington North band competition to watch our son. Food was excellent! Our server was Steph and she was friendly, diligent, and did everything very well. I loved the ambiance of the place!! “I have celiac disease and have hard a time finding food that isn’t contaminated, especially pizza. The staff reassured me that they checked with kitchen multiple times to make sure nothing was being contaminated. It was by far the most delicious gluten free pizza I’ve had so far !“

“I had been looking for a great pizza place since moving back to Ohio 11 years ago. I had settled on Marcos because when they 1st opened, it was wonderful. I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. The app is way too unreliable, and you miss out on half of your rewards. When I did order, it was always for delivery. I’m my wife’s caregiver, and we don’t go out much anymore.“

“Omgoodness! I totally recommend this location! Server and manager were amazing! We got our food quick and it was so delicious! Not one complaint amongst us 4 people. Hard to find great service and high quality food at a restaurant these days! We are usually disappointed, but this experience gave me hope that there's still good quality workers out there that take pride in what they do! They also sang, Happy Birthday to our daughter who just turned 7.“

“Jet's pizza by far is my favorite pizza to eat. I'm staying in Pickerington and was excited there was one close. After a long day of work and driving from Lou,Ky. I aced an order for a salad and a pizza. There was no where to ask for extra ranch dressing so I called. The gentleman that answered the phone had great customer service. He made sure to add my ranch to my delivery and my coke zero. They arrived before the schedule delivery time. When I got back to my room I noticed my drink wasn't zero sugar. Normally something small wouldn't be any issue only problem is I'm a type 2 diabetic. I called the restaurant back in hopes to just get them to apply it to my account. Right away the gentleman that answered again asked for the address. Then immediately apologized and said they would get someone right over. You don't receive customer service like this everyday. This type of customer service has been lost and I'm glad I found it miles away from home! Thanks so much for going above and beyond you have a customer for life!!!!“
