“We ordered a monster sub and the meatballs with cheese yesterday about 730pm. We were next door for pool league, she told me 25 min for a sub and meatballs, I figured they were backed up for 25 min, I set timer and walked down 2 min before it went off, food was on rack, it obviously was sitting there for some time as the sub meat was COLD. My husband was so upset lol. The meatballs were the size of spaghettiO’s meatballs. The taste was there but the toddler size meatballs were shameful. We’ve gotten these a few times before and never ever were they this tiny To charge $9’for 6 of these is sinful lol Def turned off for awhile , be back at a much later date I sent a message last night before writing this. It’s still unanswered“

“Pepperoni Piccolo....OMG....one of the best pizzas my husband and I have eaten! My husband was waiting for me at Pickerington Kroger and googled pizza and saw the Pic and ordered. Real thing was just as the pic. We loved it so much we ordered another a few days later. Hubby gave some to our neighbor from NY and he said it reminded him of NY. This our new go to place for pizza!“

“Shouting out this location for their superb customer service. I came in tonight with a group of teenage boys to celebrate my son’s birthday. One of his friends started feeling dizzy and lightheaded in line so we got him a seat and water. One of the employees named Jasmine thought to ask if he had eaten anything today (which he had not) and she got him a complimentary no name cake so he had something to eat while pizzas were being prepared.

Beyond this, all of the employee were polite and patient with our entire group. They didn’t have any issue with our large order or keeping everything straight. The food was hot and delicious! I will absolutely be frequenting this location more often. Thank you for the awesome customer service!“

“We’ve been doing carry out from this Romeo’s for years. It’s our favorite as far as chain pizza goes, and my kids’ favorite period. Great deals, great options. The pizza quality is sometimes inconsistent, occasionally under or over cooked, but most of the time it’s good.

I give this location 5 stars for service, especially Jazelle who works the front desk on weekends. She knows my face now and doesn’t ever ask my name, and she always knows exactly where my order is and gets it to me quickly. She’s cool as a cucumber when things get backed up and busy and does a great job keeping the front moving.

We’ve only had problems with an order once or twice, and they were helpful and quick to fix it.“

“My Philly Cheesesteak (steak, provolone, sauteed mushrooms, onions, peppers, mayo, on a really flavorful sub bun) was SUPERB. Best Cheesesteak I've had in years, hands down. Even beats the ones I get every time I go to Philly. I've been looking for my new favorite Cheesesteak place, and now one is open practically in my backyard!

It was also a pickup order and my sandwich was done exactly on time, too. Great job again, Flyers!!“

“I had been looking for a great pizza place since moving back to Ohio 11 years ago. I had settled on Marcos because when they 1st opened, it was wonderful. I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. The app is way too unreliable, and you miss out on half of your rewards. When I did order, it was always for delivery. I’m my wife’s caregiver, and we don’t go out much anymore.“

“There is a fabulous deal going on with Jets and the Columbus Blue Jackets hockey team. 50% off on only the pizzas the next day when the team scores 2 or more goals. I do online orders for pick up. Note there is NO place online to put in a tip for the kitchen folks. I always tip cash (at a percentage as if there were no discount) when I pick up the pizzas. I asked the last time I went why tipping isn't on the website and the employee said that option was removed from the website. They do 4 kinds of pizza - Detroit, New York, hand tossed and thin (cracker crust).

“I have celiac disease and have hard a time finding food that isn’t contaminated, especially pizza. The staff reassured me that they checked with kitchen multiple times to make sure nothing was being contaminated. It was by far the most delicious gluten free pizza I’ve had so far !“
