I live 3 hours away and wanted to send a meal to my friend and her family who had just lost their mother. The staff were extremely helpful, empathetic, and kind to me on the phone. When my friends husband went to pick up, the staff again offered condolences and helped carry the food to the car. The food was amazing to my understanding!
