“Wait staff was phenomenal! Food was excellent for price point. Ordered BLT, wings, dumpster fries, nachos, white pizza... it was all good! The only thing that brought the experience down a notch was the ungodly noise level. It is so noisy in there you can barely hear your dining partner(s) speak.“

“Pizza was great, however the service wasn't the best. I wouldn't say the service was bad but it definitely didn't stand out to me and wasn't memorable which is the only way I give 5 stars for service. Same with atmosphere.“

“I don’t know where some of these one star people went to but my experience was five stars, for real!!!! The only thing I noticed in the one star reviews was that the kitchen people were not wearing gloves. That doesn’t bother me since state law requires regular hand washing.
The wings were tasty and the fries were awesome! My wife said that the ice tea was some of the best she had ever had!
Oh, and the employees were nice and not condescending,,, unlike another place in town that sells wings. Nuff said!!“

Sandwiches are Always delish, but I live far enough away that I have to warm it up when I get home. In store, food is a 10.
Had a coupon for free lemonade w/purchase over $8. Told her I did NOT want combo, just sammy, reg philly $9.99 and free drink. At window she said $12+. I said again - no fries.
I got fries, drink, sammy for $9.99. 😃“

“Amazing atmosphere! Great employees. Greeted with a smile. The store is spotless, not a crumb on the floor. It’s so clean you can eat off of it! Oh and the food is so scrumptious! Fresh every time and makes my mouth water. I love Lancaster Kfc! Keep up the great work!“

“I just want to acknowledge Holly, at this location. The other night I waited for over 2 hours for my food, I guess it got sent to doordash because they had no drivers. At this point I was frustrated and annoyed. Holly went above and beyond to make sure we got taken care of. In the mist of me calling and she was replacing my order the door dasher finally showed up ; Holly sent out my order but also created a fresh order (no charge) and had it here within 20 mins and also placed a credit on our account. Thank you Holly ! It’s things like this that provide good customer service even in the worst situations !“

“Went in after work to pick up 2 pizzas that were supposed to $9.99 (special going on.)
The app charged me full price for 2nd pizza, guy at the counter fixed it! Also gave me 2 sauces for free. Gave them a tip and went on my way. Pizzas were excellent, the boneless wings were great too. Service was awesome, greeted me as I came in, helped me with my order price and told me to have a great night.“

“The wings could be done a bit longer on average for my experience, but the wings are still really REALLY good. I like to mix the carolina gold with a mild buffalo.
The pork rinds are absolutely MANDATORY. I really like them with Salt + Vinegar dry rub shake. Probably getting some on the way home now, because I want some after writing this.“
