Toods mountain view has phenomenal food!!! It's a busy little place but that should tell you something about it. I got the mountain top special it had homefries eggs and ham coverd in sausage gravy topped with more homefries and came with toast all mixed together it was so big I could only eat half of it and it was absolutely goooooood!!!! Stop here for breakfast you will not regret it!!! Also the waitress and the service was great!

Food was great, but I definitely felt like the service could have been better. I hate having to ask for things that should be obvious? Like napkins, enough half and half and sugar for two peoples coffee. Plus after we paid she didn't clean up the table, & she acted like she couldn't get away from us fast enough.

Having left Lancaster long ago, coming back to Todd’s is the best nostalgia! I had the old-fashioned w/ sweet potato fries. The fries came w/ a marshmallow dipping sauce -> very unique and delish! Overall, the food was great. The service typically is too - they were busy (Sunday) and taking numbers to call…we waited outside for about 30 mins before going in to check, and our name had been crossed off as they “attempted to call”.
