Pizza is good, manager is rude and unhelpful. Had an attitude the second she got on the phone. Would not order again.
What a huge disappointment! The sauce for the stromboli that got delivered wasn't even in the order. The order was 25 minutes late as well. Called to say no sauce and even paid for a extra one. A hour went by still no sauce. Called back to speak with the manager. Was told she's at some bandstand
thing. I am still waiting for her call back an hour and half later. I'm going to ask for my purchase to be refunded. Very bad business Tiberio's! Do BETTER!
we have been going to Tiberos pizza for years, and have always loved it so much, we went this evening, and I was so disappointed in the service, they have a new young girl and she dropped my pizza and I had to wait almost a hour for it to be remade, I still got charged for it, our service was horrible, I have never been to any restaurant who didn't give u a free meal or a discount on their mistake, and especially waiting a hour, I don't know if we will be back.
