“I just had the most amazing customer service here!!! WOW!! I had to put in 25 individual orders for residents at a nursing home and the manager Carlos was phenomenal. He took the time to get my orders individually and bagged them and numbered them which made my job 10x easier. Shout out to Gabe and another girl who helped (didn't get her name) but they obviously worked well together because the order was perfectly done and I wasn't missing anything. Thank you so much for understanding what good customer service is.“

“Best of all the sub places, hands down. Fresh bread, fresh meat sliced in front of you, toppings are fresh … so good. The art of a good sub is subtle. Starting with fresh everything helps tremendously. Add to that the limited toppings (for good reason and good taste!), and add to the overall impact of the sub. I grew up in a sub region and the competition was fierce. Since moving away, I have searched for the subs of my youth. Jersey Mike's brings back the magic for me. It is our go-to choice, no matter where in the country we are.“

“Its not easy being GF.. Most people don't care to accommodate your allergy.. BUT shout out to the Newark, Ohio Jimmy John's! The staff is so awesome there, they go to extremes to accommodate my allergy and Even have my usual order ready when they see me pull in, before i even get in the door! Appreciate them sooo much!
