“I always go here with my fiancé before we go hiking at blackhand. It’s cheaper and tastier than anywhere else around. The people who work there are always so sweet and kind and let me wear my mushroom hat inside. ? If I could give it more stars, I would.♥️“
“Meatloaf is super yummy! Highly recommend!Their Buffalo Chicken dip is not my favorite unfortunately. Tons of chicken which I appreciate and a very generous portion. However it’s dry. Usually buffalo dips have a creamy base(cream cheese) and either blue cheese or ranch added in for flavor along with hot sauce. This tasted like chicken only mixed with hot sauce. I guess I prefer other recipes. That being said I did really enjoy the restaurant. Looking forward to trying other appetizers or soups.Server was really nice as well and did a great job.“
“Several years ago I had a buffalo chicken pizza here and it was (sadly) kind of dry. When I went back I asked them for a buffalo chicken pizza with extra sauce-super saucy- and they did an amazing job. It was very sloppy and delicious. Not the normal but they did what I asked and it was exactly what I love. Thank you ?“
“From the moment you walk in, the warmth and friendliness of this small town restaurant make you feel right at home. Despite its modest size, it boasts an impressive selection of dishes that are clearly made with love and care. What truly makes this place shine is the welcoming atmosphere - the kind where staff treat you like family. It's a perfect blend of delicious food and heartwarming vibes, making every meal memorable. Absolutely deserves a five-star rating for its charm and quality!“
“Are you sick of paying $15! for a hamburger? This place is for you. It’s been an institution for over 50 years. It features diner-style food with a full-bar.Food is delicious and prices are cheap. The kitchen can take awhile if they’re super busy. Won’t impress foodies, but a solid Midwest meal.My only boomer comment: the jukebox is extremely loud!“
“Love coming here. Is one of the highlights for me every time I'm in town. The alcohol milkshakes are great with or without alcohol; I've tried every flavor. The foods I've had are just as good. I also like the set up of getting drinks. Once you get the hang of it, it's great. The fact that we can mix and match, I wish more bars had this set up.“
“Wow, this is one of my favorites. I went there for the first time, and it was amazing. The people just treated you like they've known you forever. The food was so good. I can't wait to go back. This is home cooking at its best.Kid-friendliness: Their grand babies and another little boy were there. I think it's very family-friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp instead of stairs.“
“Stopped here for dinner while visiting family, this place is a hidden gem!Had Calimari to start- the texture was great, the breading was airy and well-seasoned but very tender.I had the Chicken Riggies for my entree- the chicken was perfectly cooked and the vodka sauce was delicious! I asked for a little extra spice in the sauce and it did not disappoint (though would order as it comes if you're sensitive to spice).I finished with the flourless chocolate torte for dessert- the flavors of the dark chocolate balanced well with the fruit topping and was dense but not too filling. I would definitely get it again!Staff was very friendly and quick. I had an Old Fashioned, generous pours but not over-powering.We will definitely be back next time we're in town!“
“A go to for breakfast and anything really. So many options for family to choose from. Food prepared quickly and very consistently. Our favorite breakfast is the Farmer’s choice with French Toast on Brioche bread and an omelette of choice.Very affordable.Parking: Several spots close to entrance. Well lit and safe.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Absolutely incredible experience. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly. The atmosphere was really nice and the cleanliness was on point. We had a couple glasses of wine, shared the egg rolls, and shepherd’s pie and the food was the best we’ve had in a long time. We can’t wait to go back and try some of the other food options. What a hidden gem!“
“I always look for new places I went to a sister location two years ago and had a great time. This time did not disappoint. The staff are all womderful and our server was energetic and over all lovely. The food is great for the price, mine was slightly over cooked but it wasn't enough for it to be ruined. It was the thinner bits anyways so let's be honest nobody cares. They were slow when I went with my party of four. Regardless it was clean it was a chill atmosphere. If you want a good place to go I recommend old bag of nails. (The pickle spears are amazing next day cold.) I got bread pudding as a desert and it is wonderful. Give it a shot if you haven't tried it just remember be patient and be polite.Parking: Free lot could be hard if they were packed. Wheelchairs would have difficulty entering but the inside layout is flat“
“Tried the Lobster Rolls w/ Hush Puppies & drink.More bread than filling but good. Hush puppies a tad greasy also good.Butterfly Shrimp has lots of shrimp, nice & crispy served w/ choice of sides, cocktail or Tartar sauce crispy Hush puppies.Go here at least once a month. Wednesday is senior day...special pricing.“
“Sports bar/pub atmosphere, chill environment. Excellent service, the waitresses are super cool and always serve with a smile. The food is amazing! My go-to is the buffalo wings. Sooo good! The menu has loads of options so there's something to satisfy everyone's tastebuds.“
“My favorite barbeque restaurant in Ohio. The brisket is top notch when they cook it long enough (I like it lean). Everything else is secondary in importance to me...but the sides are quite good. I buy two brisket sandwiches for the drive back to D.C. Makes it a sweet “
“I just finished lunch. Had the steak and shrimp with baked potato and rice. It was cooked to perfection! I would have liked to do dessert but the meal was so filling! Our server..Jordan was a delight! Very professional..knowledgeable and friendly! Great smile! This was my first time being here for years but will definitely be back more often.“
“My husband and I dined tonight as guests of the hotel, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. The food and drinks were incredible, but the service was unmatched. We met manager, Antonio, and our server was Ren, and they were top tier! Ren was fast, kind and cheerful, and checked on us often. Antonio made his rounds more than once to make sure we were enjoying everything completely. They were both so great, it really contributed to our wonderful dinner. We started with the deviled eggs and cheese plate appetizers, which we of course filled up on and could barely eat our meals, but we made do! The carnitas pizza was delicious, and my husband loved the addition of fresh cilantro and radish. I had the double-bone pork chop with bourbon glaze (Ren’s recommendation!), and it literally melted in my mouth. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, and I could’ve eaten the bourbon glaze on a shoe. The smashed redskin potatoes were creamy and buttery, and the Brussels sprouts were a welcomed flavor change (from the typical sweet flavor you get elsewhere), roasted with shaved parmesan. We extra splurged with the vanilla bread pudding with black cherries, and a crème brûlée with a base of chocolate ganache. Absolutely the perfect end to an amazing meal. Don’t sleep on Crafstman Kitchen & Terrace nestled in the Cherry Valley Hotel; you won’t regret it!“
“If you want to go to Bob Evans, I recommend going here to the 21st st location and NOT the Heath location due to their inaccuracy and sometimes rude staff. That said, I have always had good, accurate service here and the food is always good.“
“The environment is fun and friendly. The food is great. They take care of the elderly very well and treat everyone with respect. They also have a great craft beer selection that changes every week or so. There is not a lot of parking, so carpool and there is a lot close by, across the street on the corner of Union Street. I've been to every restaurant in the city and go back to this one.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp leading to dining room. No automatic doors though.“
