“I stayed at the DoubleTree which is attached to the restaurant. I did carry-out. I got the meatloaf griller with Parmesan herb fries and brussel sprouts. They were all very delicious. I topped off my meal with a piece of their carrot cake. The carrot cake had caramel drizzle and whipped cream with a candied pecan on top. It was very rich! I spent $34 on the meal.The restaurant itself is a bar style set up with a few booths.There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel as well.“

“I am a 76 year old guy who has been eating lunch at the Honey Baked Ham Store in Heath Ohio for many years. I use to stop in for lunch breaks when I was working, and now that am retired I stop in even more often. To me it is one of the best places in town to go for lunch. Their sandwiches are always fresh, made to order, delicious, and their sides, like potato salad, are great as well. The eating area is very relaxing and maybe the cleanest I’ve ever been in. I have to also mention, the service is great. Nessa and Jackie are always polite, and eager to take your order as well as deliver your food. If you’re looking for a quiet little place to relax, which is what I like to do, and have lunch, I highly recommend the Honey Baked Store in Heath Ohio. It doesn’t get any better!“

“Good food. Good service. Resonably priced. Waiter was very good at his job. Took our drink order as soon as we were seated. Checked on us during our meal to make sure our meals were made to order. No problems at all except for my wife's dessert that wasn't no one's fault. She can't eat nuts right now because of some dental problems. No allergies to peanuts. She still ate the dessert and doing fine. Meals were both great. She had steak, mashed potatoes and green beans. I had the grilled cheese cheeseburger with squash. Very good ! “Best customer service ever. while there tonight, we had Ricky as our server, at first he seemed a little nervous with us, I'm not sure if he's new to the job, or had a not so good table before us, but he eventually warmed up to us, started joking with us, kept up on refills, checked in multiple times with us. towards the end of our meal, he asked if we wanted anything else, jokingly i said "a winning lottery ticket" as its very common to say when asked that. Ricky says "hold on a minute" grabs his wallet from his pocket, and hands me a winning scratch off lottery ticket. This is the first time ever with a long history of dining out that I have seen this happen. Ricky you are THE MAN, and if this review actually gets read by your management team, you deserve a raise!“

“My family absolutely loves Texas Roadhouse in Newark. The kids were so excited to go there tonight. My daughter and I both always order the 6oz and 8oz sirloin and my little one orders the bites. We were very disappointed to find out after our order came out that they were completely out of A1. We always eat A1 with our steak. My steak had zero seasoning. Yes I could have sent it back but for personal reasons that is not an option for me. The manager happen to come around as I was boxing up all our steak and was very apologetic and said that their shipment must have not arrived. “We go out of our way 35 minutes from where we live at to visit this one that gives you so much more food than our local 1 does the grilled chicken look so much better bigger fatter pieces and they've never messed up on our order at this place. I had put in an online order this afternoon called to change the pick up time to 4pm. got there and It wasn't ready someone overlooked the order. but the manager fixed it ...we got home our order was perfectly done. thank you! “Bob Evans has a vibe, doesn't matter which one you walk into they all have the same vibe. Kind of like a cracker barrel but more after church on Sunday. Cracker barrel is Bob Evans cousin that shoots dice but doesn't tell anybody, you know what I mean?

Rolls over biscuits. This is something that has ruined many a dinner conversation, but it has to be said. Also, the wildfire chicken salad is amazing highly recommend it. Building your own omelette and having a side of pancakes with it is something that reminds you what it's all about and when your kids ask for your leftovers you know you did a good job.“
