We stopped in on a Sunday evening after 8:30 pm. We passed several restaurants that were already closed so we were hoping Champs was open. We were relieved as we approached and saw a couple dozen cars in the parking lot. I order food often from Champs, the employees are always very polite, the service is great, and the food is very good! I placed an order on 1/31/2024, I arrived about 5 minutes after my order should have been ready, and there was a slight mix up with the tickets or something in the kitchen and it wasn’t started yet. No big deal, it happens, I waited a little longer and when she brought my food to the window, she informed me that they added a few extra items because of the delay....read full review
