Arrived 15 min early than I requested my online order. Randy (training manager) was very prompt in expediting my order. Was also very courteous and friendly. Even noticed him greeting regulars as they ordered, which says a lot that there are repeat customers. Food was very good as well. Will return again as the Tesla charger is right behind the Arby’s for our road trip to/ from Indiana from NC.
Used to be great but the last 3 visits through the drive thru I’ve been asked to move over to a numbered spot and wait in the parking lot for my food. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru.
Made the sandwiches to perfection. Quick drive thru.
