“I am a new Golfer have only played five courses, have played in Tenn., Florida, Virginia and now this one in West Virginia. Played this course with a local golfer while visiting in the area. This was one of the nicest and well maintained courses that I have played, (Best was in Florida, lower Alabama area) course was very nice and in great shape, fairways and greens were well maintained, Greens were especially in great shape, not too slow or fast great feel when putting. The Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will play again in the future when in the area, I will not return to all five that I have played, but this one is a keeper and will return.”

“Pizza was great. But 5 stars are for excellent customer service. Online order was wrong. When we called to complain the woman who answered the phone owned the error. She did not blame others or the computer or anything else. The remade pizza was excellent. In a age of blaming others good customer service is rare. The Mason, WV team was very refreshing to experience. We are not from Mason, WV and I was unfamiliar with Gino's. We will look for it again up in Columbus, OH because the pizza was great but the customer service was even better.”

“I always enjoy a Tudor's biscuit. I like the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. The bacon is crispy and perfect for a sandwich. The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit is very good as well. The sausage is thicker than you get at most breakfast places, making for a substantive breakfast. I usually choose the tater rounds. If you get a large, there are plenty to share.”

“This assistant manager named caitlynn went above and beyond for my family and I order I have a dairy allergy and she printed me a menu that showed all the dairy free stuff, and helped me find food that I can have and made it special for me, she also made sure it was soft considering I had wisdom teeth removal surgery, she was very kind enough to donate a couple of things to our church for a silent actuion, your service and your kindness will forever mean so much to my mom and I thank you for making our day!”

“My family & I try to get to Pomeroy whenever we can, just to come spend a bit of time in River Roasters. It is a 45-minute drive from home, but we gladly will come that way for a delicious brunch or lunch, a coffee, smoothie, or snack. & always always make a point to stop if passing anywhere nearby with another destination on our horizon for road trip provisions. We love the atmosphere & the folks running the operation have always been thoughtful, through, and nothing but kind!”

“I remember whenever I was Younger I had been walking around town And I noticed that they had opened up after the major snow storm that dropped a good foot or more of snow, I ran home and grabbed a shovel to clear out the ice I seen on the sidewalk because I had never gotten to see them open, I wanted to help them out being young me Lol, And later on in the day I stopped in there because I was curious And They were truly heartwarming after they heard I came over with a shovel to make it look and be a little safer, They offered me food and drink aswell as giving me money, I tried doing the lumberjack stacks But I tried my best to complete it even though I failed lmao. I hope You guys stick around there until I can manage to make it down south again, Id Love to redo the lumberjack challenge from when I was younger. Miss and Loved all yall.”

“We are from northern Kentucky and stopped by for an early dinner and to catch the Bengals game while we were in the area. We loved this place, the food was good and the pool tables were free. Staff was friendly as well. We will definitely be back!”

“The Court Street Grill is an essential visit for both their GREAT food and atmosphere as well as a music venue with world class entertainment. Just off the Big Bend of the Ohio River in Pomeroy, Ohio, a truly scenic area. We try to visit as often as we can.”

“Expecting a sit down diner. It was a cross between a diner and ice cream parlor. Service was great. Food not so much. Ordered fish and chicken dinner. Expected a piece of broasted chicken. Received 2 very small chicken tenders and 2 more breaded strips of fast food fish. Added crinkle fries and vinegar Cole slaw. Spent $10 for the plate. I'm sure they probably have to die for shakes. Hamburger was very small and the cheapest beef. I serve food daily so I know what it takes to run a diner and possibilities. Need fewer options and better quality. No other restaurant in town.”

“Great local shop for some bait and also ice cream, but the operations for orders is very unoptimized meaning wait times are very high despite low traffic generally. The prices are fair as well and if I were to pick one item it would be the coffee milkshake.”
