“Thursday, May 26th 8:37 pm at Ravenswood Wv little Caesars.. not only did I get the best customer service I've had ANYWHERE in a long time but I got the best pizza and ICB I've had from ANY little Caesars. But what's even more incredible is that there were only 3 workers and the amount of customers pouring in was ridiculous. I got my food in a very timely manner which was a huge surprise considering the amount of customers vs employees. They treated me very well and the quality of my food was spectacular. Thank you to the young man that was moving at the speed of light with impeccable precision, the manager who was also very light on his feet and moving in between EVERY station and the wonderful lady who was making dough fresh with each order AND cooking food faster than I could decide what I should eat. If I had the power to do so, I'd give all three of you a hefty raise. I've been in your shoes and you all were KILLING it tonight. You guys are rockstars 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘”

“I happened to be in Ravenswood a few days ago. Decided to eat at Gino's. What I want ppl to know is that I had a great experience.
We were greeted by an amazing and polite young man. You don't see this much these days. He said welcome ma'am and thank you ma'am . Our pizza was amazing. As we were leaving he said thank you ma'am and have a good day.
This young man (one of your employees)deserves to be recognized for his performance and kindness.
I inquired about his name. He said ma'am my name is Ronald. Please let him know the great job he does.”

“I come here a lot. and 9.89/10 they get my order right, out of the 100+ orders I made, only 2 were wrong so far. And only 1 time have I gotten a free cookie from waiting longer than usual. I'm not mad that's good because usually that never happens to me.”

“Went and got a couple subs today with a friend for me her and her mom and the guy working his name tag said Spooky J was super nice! He made sure you got your sub exactly how you wanted it and was super energetic and nice to us the whole time. I haven't been to this subway in a while because I never had good experiences but this experience changed that. If he's working you're gonna get good service and an even better sandwich.
