“This place has a pretty cool vibe, food was honestly phenomenal - perfectly cooked and flavors people travel for, no doubt. Not your regular bar food. I would definitely come again!

There was only one problem…. Normally I give servers the benefit of the doubt, normally the server will come around if you’re waiting for a while and give an update. I kid you not - we sat nearly 45min before the appetizers were out, and another hour before the food was out….

We showed up early at 4:30 to get the ribs, by the time the waitress took our order the ribs were already sold out. Anyway, it definitely wasn’t the norm because multiple larger tables around us ordered, ate and left before our food even came out.

But hey, it came out hot and good so the place still gets 5 stars.

“Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We came in a Friday night after a long drive, it was packed. They dont take names you wait in line so be ready for that, but it was well worth the wait, I assure you”

“It's not often we get up to Ripley, but when we do, we always try to eat here. We were here today at 11:15am, the web page shows it opens at 11am. It was locked up tight.....disappointed. I guess if you're gonna go you'd better call first. Since their move and new ownership the hours have been sporadic.”

“It’s one of those hit or miss places..Been several times since going from ponderosa to roadhouse.. food and service was good enough to keep us coming back but after last visit I think I’m done for awhile..pickle chips were doughy could have cooked little longer..when food arrived it was cold and country fried steak just wasn’t any good no flavor at all couldn’t finish it..waitress was just there.. no refills on tea. On the plus side rolls and salad were good 😊”

“Honestly, the customer service is outstanding, but the coffee is pure perfection. I will choose the grind every single time and believe me I have tried so many coffee shops traveling, in our area Charleston, Parkersburg. There is nothing that beats this place; shoot I went there twice today and got a coffee. Thank you for everything that you guys do and continuing to serve the community with the best.”
