“The service here is the thing that prompts me to write this review. The lady who took our order was so friendly and kind, especially when it came to our young kids’ complicated order. Then, they made one minor error in said order and were so gracious and generous fixing it. They kept the dining room and drink area incredibly clean as well. Just awesome staff all around during our visit.“
“This is one of the cleanest Wendy's restaurants around in the surrounding communities. The food is ALWAYS delicious and made to order. Service is superb. These guys is always on point with their orders I have never had a bAd experience visiting this Wendy's restaurant.I rate these guys a 10 out of 10 Stars“
“I about died when I they told me 2 hot fudge sundaes with Carmel was $8 even for that kinda money, might was well go to Dairy Queen.With that being said, they did fill the cup up and were the best little sundaes we have had there, BUT really not worth $4 each.“
“Lately with all these young kids working they have been putting so much salt on the fries at the one in Fairplain and Ripley!!! Not sure if the person just really likes a lot of salt on their French fries or each person that walks by the fries dumps salt on them!!! My son just turned 5 and he's autistic well he loves McDonald's french fries but he wouldn't even eat them and that's pretty bad when a five-year-old won't even eat the fries. And it's just an avid once it's been a lot here lately!!“
“This McDonald's that's in Ripley, WV is one of the best McDonald's around in the area. It's situated next to Interstate I77, and I've seen very large crowds at this restaurant on many occasions. The team members never missed a beat. So this falls back on the Shift Leaders and Assistant Manager and then to the Manager of the restaurant. The team members were trained 100% perfect by these individuals. The service is out of this world here in.Ripley at this McDonald's. As for the food, it only gets better.......My food, no matter what I order, is always superb.This McDonald's gets a 10/10 from me.“
“The burgers where good, but the blizzard wasn't worth one star. I got a strawberry cheesecake mini, and it was basically the vanilla base with a few cheesecake pieces. We ordered a second one and I asked to make sure it has strawberry mixed through. It wasn't. Not sure if it is like that because the cup is so small, but for almost $3 I'd like more than a scoop of vanilla soft ice cream.“
“The food is usually always good. One time though I heard them yelling at some high school boys. And they were not doing anything. I saw the whole thing happen. Afterwards I started to never go back because I have grandkids about that age. It was truly uncalled for. They ordered one meal and pretty much split it..but I assume that's all the money they had. But you shouldn't care about that. I had kids with me and I thought if I was the boss they would have been fired. I didn't go back for quite awhile.“
“Great hotspot in Ripley! Around the inside of the building has different local sports teams and activities that students participant in sponsored by Pete's. Food was also very good and decently inexpensive. Loved to see how this place not only makes great food but also plays an amazing role in helping out the community. The ice cream is yummy too. Definitely give it a try!!“
