“We reserved the back room for a surprise bday dinner Sat night. When we got there we found out they had double booked the room and the other party was already seated. BUT the manager JD and our waitresses Lauren and Hayley saved the day! They immediately started setting up the semi- private room for us - so quickly we had everything ready by the time the bday girl arrived. Lauren , Hayley and the kitchen staff did amazing delivering food to our party of 26 efficiently and food was delicious. JD returned several times to check on us and even gave us a discount for the mixup. When people work this hard and are so nice about making things right for you it means so much and makes very happy customers! Thank you !“

“We went through the drive-thru at this McDonald’s location this morning on our way to Amish Country and before we were even parked in front of window #2 to pick up our food, we heard this angelic voice saying hello to our “beautiful faces”. She was so friendly and complimentary, even telling me I had a Farrah Fawcett vibe going on with my hair :). She was so pleasant. It was truly refreshing in a world where there is so much negativity. “We sat at the bar on Friday, March 20, and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service from both bartenders, Kayla and Lauren, was excellent — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They checked on us regularly and made sure our drinks were always filled without us ever having to ask.

Our food came out piping hot, and my steak was cooked perfectly medium — exactly the way I ordered it. You could tell care was put into every plate.

I also appreciated that the manager stopped by the bar several times, staying engaged and making sure everyone was having a great experience.

We will absolutely continue dining at this Applebee’s Grill + Bar location. Highly recommend!“
