I had to ask like four times if anybody was there when I pulled up to the drive-thru before someone answered and then they were very short with me, it takes very little effort to say and do the right things for good customer service. Someone that needs to remind their workers of that and enforce it.“

“The old review was made when me and my family used to go to Wendy's almost every day.After that stopped, the food actually is really good. Made fresh, fries are crispy and hot most of the time, overall consistent good food. I would recommend over McDonald's. P.S, The ice cream machine is almost never broke here.

“We reserved the back room for a surprise bday dinner Sat night. When we got there we found out they had double booked the room and the other party was already seated. BUT the manager JD and our waitresses Lauren and Hayley saved the day! They immediately started setting up the semi- private room for us - so quickly we had everything ready by the time the bday girl arrived. Lauren , Hayley and the kitchen staff did amazing delivering food to our party of 26 efficiently and food was delicious. JD returned several times to check on us and even gave us a discount for the mixup. When people work this hard and are so nice about making things right for you it means so much and makes very happy customers! Thank you !“
