“The burgers are some of the best ive ever had. Found this gem of a place while traveling. My fiance found it and we gave it shot because of the name itself, my late grandfathers name. Not local to the area but they are definitely worth the 2.5 hour drive. Have been in 4 times already. The Lemmy burger with the chips is still my favorite. Make sure to get a side of barbecue sauce for the housemade chips! picture attached is the Astro Burger“

“If you enjoy Laury’s in Charleston, WV, you will love it here! It is downtown, so I was worried about parking, but we easily found a spot on the street nearby. Our waiter, Brian, was really great. Our salads and the bread…so good. We both ordered the filet mignon, between the two of us we had their roasted potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, and the baked macaroni and cheese. Just incredible. And their crème brûlée was also delicious. The dining area has low lighting and a cozy atmosphere. The building is really cool. Very nice place; especially for special evenings.“

“So my wife and I were driving home from Wilmington NC, when I got that feeling of hunger where you feel famished. I exit off the highway and head towards the steak n shake since it's been 10 years since I last ate at one. Oue hostess took our order and was as pleasant as a southern woman can be. She literally made you feel welcome. Our orders were cooked to perfection. She checked on us as we ate, in which I cracked a joke. Would absolutely recommend that anybody stop in here. Will definitely make it a stop during my road trips.“

The staff was super friendly and helpful for first timers like us. The drinks came out excellent (I recommend the blueberry cider if you can have alcohol) and the food was hot, fresh and delicious!! “There variety of biscuits have been spot on during the $1 biscuit promotion & can't beat the value. In a time where corporate entities are artificially manipulating inflation unchecked it's a welcome sight to still see a deep rooted American company with a remaining code of ethics providing a standard, while at a temporary sacrifice to there margin, it's an investment in the longevity of there clientele & that is good business. They particulary went up & above in my personal opinion at this location & great leadership stems from the top down. 5 stars.“

Nothing will ever be done or reported on this situation. Terrible to see and hear this when trying to enjoy a meal inside. This occured at McDonalds on rt 60 Ashland.“
