While service can vary, with some visits featuring polite staff and others experiencing slow wait times, there are shining moments. A young man named Tyler at the drive-thru provided a kind and comforting interaction that made a customer's day better. However, not all experiences are positive; some customers have reported cold food, particularly old eggs and hot cakes at breakfast. Despite these issues, the manager Dusty seems to go above and beyond, and overall, the food is tasty, making it a great option for a quick meal.
