The management team and the team members of this McDonald's
Shania at the Huntington Mall (WV) location is friendly, professional, and a real jewel in McDonald's crown. She should be promoted to a position wherein she trains other staff to treat customers as well as she treats them. :-)
Consistent breafast. Drive through was well managed and moved quickly in spite of the number of cars in line. We had breakfast sandwiches.
McDonald's is a popular spot for a quick meal or coffee before work. The service is usually prompt and friendly, with staff members being particularly welcoming. The food is adequate and satisfying, with options like sausage gravy biscuits and Big Macs being popular choices. Many customers praise the coffee and diet soda, calling it the best around, and note that their food is always hot and fresh. The atmosphere has improved recently, especially after rebuilding, and the restaurant is clean both inside and outside. Customers can enjoy dining outside in a pleasant setting. While some have experienced issues with food quality after renovations, overall, McDonald's continues to provide a reliable and convenient dining experience. Despite occasional busy times, the staff strives to meet customer expectations and offer good service.
