“Took quite some time to get a table and none of the staff acknowledged our existence for about 30 minutes. But this place came highly recommended so we waited it out. Now I see why the food here was top notch and well worth the wait. The pricing was great too for how much and how great the food was. Would definitely recommend no matter the wait.“
“My Philly cheese steak was amazing. My little sister had the pigskins. Shay, my niece had chicken strips with fries. The staff was professional and gave great service. mile or less up Campbells Creek DriveKid-friendliness: Very bright and cheerful atmosphere. DuPont memories everywhere.?? Great music playing with laughter in the air. I know my grandchildren would love your place.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes everyone can have access to a great meal.“
“Such a fun hang out place that is super safe! Right across from the Clay Center for Pre Gaming any show! Wonderful bartenders! Super clean & nice to chill! We will be back over and over again! As a female I felt super safe! Have food that was delicious and light!“
“So my wife and I went here for our 22nd wedding anniversary, first time here, on a recommendation, and let me tell you that this was an experience. First off, I made a reservation, so they knew going in it was our anniversary. They had us set at a special table, decorated for the occasion, everyone here was absolutely amazing. Sandra came to our table and talked to us personally and made us feel very welcome, also Mark came to our table several times and took our orders and made sure it was all special. First off, we got the stuffed banana peppers as a starter, and these things were so packed full of flavor and were so large, I was super happy with these. I got the Cajun Chicken Pasta. again, the flavor on this plate was great, it was an amazing blend of spices, granted, the plate was not as it should have been as they were out of some of the items that went in the dish, but they substituted the items at no charge. my wife got the braised beef I think, it was great, I only tried a taste but it was really good, had carrots and some sort of sauce it was setting in, not sure what all it was. but it was very tasty. All in all, this was an amazing experience, Sandra and Mark were outstanding, and we will hands down go back again. Live entertainment made the night so much more special for us. Also ended with a Blueberry cheese cake cobbler. Recommended by Mark, and it was so good.“
“Living in Ohio we can't wait to come here when we travel. I can't say enough good. Staff excellent and friendly. Biscuits are so fabulous we always get a dozen to go. If we know anyone coming through WV, we always have them bring us a dozen home. Best biscuits we've ever had!!!! Very clean and tidy.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and coloring crayons and papersWheelchair accessibility: No stairs. First floor“
“Great lunch! Dog friendly deck Taco salad was excellent; good mix of ingredients, queso on top delicious , beef crispy, salsa and guacamole fresh. The catfish sandwich on brioche was delicious. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked. The burger was great; tasty fries and pickle chips superb. Despite being short staffed, the service was great—even providing the dogs with a bowl of ice water.“
“Absolutely awesome place and food....the decor alone grabbed my attention...then the server topped it off she was just the cutest sweetest lady ever.... food could of sucked and between her and the atmosphere I was in love but the food was amazing...literally walked out floating!!!!“
“I took my granddaughter there for a Valentines Day dinner. We arrived at about 4:45 pm and ordered our food. My hotdogs were great and the hamburger in the "kids" meal was huge, especially for a 6 year old. My grandaughter saw the banana split and of course I ordered her one. Living out of the Charleston area I didn't realize they closed at 5 pm! They were so nice and gracious! The gal at the counter insisted on making it and stayed over 15 minutes just for my grandaughter to enjoy the dessert. Her first banana split! The best customer service I have ever experienced, and great food to top it off!I have been around the world and can tell you to put this on your list of restaurants when in Charleston. During business hours of course!“
“I ordered a grilled cheese and added a burger patty. We all know it’s cheaper…. I expected them to grill the bun after the toppings were added, but they just grilled the bun, added cold cheese and toppings and then wrapped it up. It was really just a burger with a grilled bun, and not a grilled cheese.“
“I've been eating here with my family since I was a kid, I love it. I wish they'd bring back the smokin' joe hotdog! But they still have the classic big buford burger. Part of the rally's experience is eating at the picnic tables so if you want indoor dining, this isn't your place. Otherwise, I definitely recommend!“
“The employees are amazing. The food was good and fresh. I will return to this business.Vegetarian options: Those options are readily availableDietary restrictions: Able to follow one's restrictionsParking: The parking lot can accommodate many vehiclesKid-friendliness: AwesomeWheelchair accessibility: Available“
“Went into the restaurant and it looked like they were quite busy. We weren't in a rush that day and were able to wait. Asked if we were able to use a coupon for a meal deal and they accepted it immediately. The burgers were made perfectly and beautifully and put together with care (everything was on the burger not halfway falling off) the fries were cooked all the way through and salted perfectly. Fantastic service and will be back again for sure.“
“I'm honestly not even writing this review for the food, which was delightful. This review is for Miss Danene, who was one of the nicest waitresses I have EVER had. She was so helpful and just had this great, bubbly attitude. If I lived here, I'd probably come weekly just for her exceptional service!“
“My grandsons favorite place to eat. You really can't beat it for price and taste. Employees are pleasant. Dining area and bathrooms clean.Parking: Parking was fine. They could use handicap parking on both doors.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids. The food options are great.“
“I had a good trip at Wendy's in Sissonville, West Virginia! The $5 Biggie Bag is a great deal. It's a tasty, won't break the bank. The food was new, hot, and cooked just right. The staff was nice and helpful, and the service was quick. The eatery was well-kept and clean. Wendy's continues to impress with its quality food and meals that are a good deal. The $5 Biggie Bag at Wendy's is a must-try, whether you want a quick bite or a filling meal.“
“Late evening stop at the McCorkle Ave in Charleston while traveling I77. The order takers were helpful and were very friendly. The Whoppers and mozzarella sticks were great. My wife tried the new Cheesy tater tots and said they were really good!! Good job BK at this location!!“
“I've been on the road for a week and hadn't found any decent breakfast - until now. Biscuit World knocked it out of the park with friendly service, cleanliness, food quality and quantity. I enjoyed a stacked (and I mean stacked) "Herd" biscuit. Large fluffy biscuit with egg, sausage Patty, cheese and a hash brown patty. It was awesome! Stop at Biscuit World when your passing thru Charleston. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy!“
“Waited an hour for what was supposed to be 20mins to be seated. Never got the text even though we were right outside the door waiting. Girl at the desk tried to argue about it but realized I wasn't gonna back down about never getting the text. We were immediately seated after that, and orders taken. Food was great, will be back but hostess seems to be more interested in internet things on her phone than properly taking reservations. Great atmosphere and the waiter was phenomenal at his job. Food was 100% on pointParking: Lots of spots but usually busy so parking is tightKid-friendliness: Easy on the wallet kids menu“
“Delicious homemade style dogs. Got em fully loaded. Slaw and chili. Just a basic but simple joy. Reminds me of a gas station hotdog from the south. I mean that in a good way. It's to go. So no seating. That's fine with me. I'd definitely go back. A couple minutes after getting to the side window and your on your way. Get a few if you are really hungry. 2 was not enough...but is 2 ever enough?“
“So I've always heard the term "greasy spoon" applied to small, (usually) family-run, restaurants that serve good, comfort food to local clientele. I don't know if The Grill is "family-run", but it IS small, it DOES serve good, comfort food, and it seemed most of the customers were locals. This place is a leteral hole-in-the-wall, blink-and-you'll-miss-it, eatery. It could be neater or fancier, but that's not what's important at The Grill. Instead, food and friendliness is the name of the game. (They even use paper plates for some orders, but who cares what the plates are made of - I'm not gonna eat those!) I had the fried balogna sandwich with an order of fries. The server said I would be getting a plate of fries... and she wasn't kidding! Everything tasted great. I say give The Grill a try!“
