It’s not bitter or acidic, which I love. It’s a good way to truly enjoy the flavor of coffee. I 100/10 recommend. It’s been a great little business here in Charleston. I love to frequent their west side location, and it’s always got a great atmosphere and very welcoming and kind staff. Definitely my favorite coffee place.”

“My first experience with Hibachi Express was very delightful. I ordered online before leaving work and picked up. I only had to wait a few minutes. The lady at the front desk was very kind. My family’s food was still hot and fresh when I got home and we had very large portions. I would highly recommend Hibachi Express!! You won’t regret it!”

The staff is very kind and can handle the amount of orders and refills to boot. I wish the setup allowed them to connect to a tv in the place. That makes it a lot easier. But we are happy to announce we got third at the venue for the nationals and 8th in the state and 59th the country. The Flair Chops are rising! Woooooo”

I have been to several of their clubhouses in WV, OH, IL, IN and MI and have always been very welcomed and had a great time... I will be going back to the clubhouse in Mt Hope, WV October 16th for their annual Bridgeday Party and the clubhouse in Charleston, WV October 30th for their annual Halloween Party... I know they will be a great time and they are welcoming everyone to attend...”

All of the staff are amazing but I do have to say since Billie has been there it is seriously THE PLACE to be downtown. You wanna eat? They got you. Wanna play pool? They have 2 diamond tables. Wanna play darts? They have FOUR boards. Not interested in playing anything? The whole bar area is open to just hang, whether it be at the bar, the several high top tables, or the few booths they have away from to games. Listen, I might be biased, but as a frequent flyer of downtown for many, many years, I assure you this is the atmosphere Charleston has needed. And something I didn’t mention in my google review is that they also have an upstairs area that can be rented out for private events!”

“Our server was epic and the food was good but saw a lady who seemed to be a manager of some sorts named Vera come out and verbally reprimand an employee that was working behind the buffet doing a really good job I might say ,when she told her that they were low on cottage cheese she talked to her very demeaning way and I thought it was the wrong way to handle it. I might add there's another incident with Vera was at the front desk complaining because she was upset that the wait staff doesn't have to pay taxes on their tips.”

“Highly recommend checking this place out! It’s been on our list for a while, and we finally made it in last night. It completely exceeded our expectations.
We started with the boneless garlic parmesan wings, which were perfectly crispy and full of flavor. For our mains, we ordered the Backyard BBQ Burger and the Triple Bacon Smash Burger, both served with a large side of fries. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.
