“We are 4 hours from home for travel softball. We wanted to eat there and scrambled to inside the mall 5 mins before close to be the actual last customer. I said I’m not even sure what to order here. Obviously chicken. Lol. The dude was super nice. Explained answers to any question I had about any menu item with absolutely ZERO attitude. You don’t get that anymore usually. “I've just had lunch here this afternoon, and I was very impressed with this location; the service was amazing. It's clear that the place is very well managed. From entering, I was warmly greeted, and the ordering process was seamless and pleasant. While I waited for my order to be prepared, I observed the kitchen staff, and they worked together like a well oiled machine. The food was prepared in a reasonable timeframe, and man it was delicious. I do find the prices are high here, but it is a cut above other burger places, so I can manage it from time to time. Regardless, this was a very pleasant dining experience, and I thank you all.“

“We go to rally's on the west side every Sunday evening. we walk our dogs and we grab our dinner. there always so nice to the dogs and everything is always hot and fresh and their milkshakes are always a hit! and I've also never been there and their machines not work, I can always get a milk shake or an ice cream cone on a hot day ❤“

“There is nothing negative I can say. The food was delicious as always. I had the fish and chicken with Mac n cheese and green beans. The green beans were seasoned just right. The young lady who took my drive thru order and worked the window was very polite. It was an overall wonderful and pleasant experience. Plus they were fast in giving me my order!!!“

“I usually order online & it’s ready when I get there. Friendly, fun staff, seems pretty efficient, I’ve never had bad food here. Never have I had an issue with food or the people. Parking isn’t great because of construction and how busy downtown is but it’s not that big of a problem.“

“My husband and I came in today for the first time at the Charleston location. We'd been wanting to try for awhile. We traveled an hour & half. It did not disappoint! The staff were soooo nice!! & the food was great! I've never had such good, sweet marinara sauce in my life. The best sauce I've ever tasted! (I'm a sauce person) We will most definitely be back! “Most meals are really good here but every bow and then you get a meal with dead fries or dead mozzarella sticks. We got the new box meals and by the time I got home 20 mins later, all the fries were WAY DEAD so you could tell they weren't fresh and same with the cheese sticks. The chicken on the sandwiches was over cooked, I didn't even eat mine. But like I said that was once out a bunch of trips. Also I don't recommend the steak bites at all on anything or by themselves, they are always burned black and hard as rocks so don't waste your money. Service is polite and only gets backed up every now and then. But if ya want fresh fries and cheese Stix, ya just gotta tell them. We will definitely eat there again.“

“I originally asked for our order to be eat in and before the order was ready, I asked them to go ahead and put it in a bag as I was working doing a delivery service and had an order come through and had to leave. They acted like I had asked them to cancel our order and get a refund.. they were a little rude and the manager kinda just threw the bag on the counter when it was ready. “Food was pretty good, but very sloppy and the bread was soggy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean. There was a rough looking, foul mouthed group of people gathered outside the store being obnoxious and harassing a homeless man and woman who were also outside. It was very uncomfortable.“

The food was okay it's the usual Subway fare, nothing special or notably fresh, but it serves its purpose for a quick, familiar meal. The restaurant was functional.
