“They have absolutely improved so much. I avoided this place like the plague for a few months based on past experiences. With that being said, we went last week and they did a wonderful job. They got 4 stars instead of 5 because they still forgot a couple of items. When I told them, they did get them for me. In the past they would have argued with me. So happy to see the improvement all around.“

“We are 4 hours from home for travel softball. We wanted to eat there and scrambled to inside the mall 5 mins before close to be the actual last customer. I said I’m not even sure what to order here. Obviously chicken. Lol. The dude was super nice. Explained answers to any question I had about any menu item with absolutely ZERO attitude. You don’t get that anymore usually. “I've just had lunch here this afternoon, and I was very impressed with this location; the service was amazing. It's clear that the place is very well managed. From entering, I was warmly greeted, and the ordering process was seamless and pleasant. While I waited for my order to be prepared, I observed the kitchen staff, and they worked together like a well oiled machine. The food was prepared in a reasonable timeframe, and man it was delicious. I do find the prices are high here, but it is a cut above other burger places, so I can manage it from time to time. Regardless, this was a very pleasant dining experience, and I thank you all.“
