The staff, particularly an employee named Jake at the Dunbar location, are known for their kind and sincere customer service. However, there have been instances of slow service and meals being left on the countertop instead of being brought to the table. Despite this, Jake's excellent attitude and friendly demeanor have made him a standout employee, making early breakfast at this McDonald's a pleasant experience. Recently, the location has shown improvement, especially with the male manager in his late 20s or early 30s, who has made the service much better. The drive-thru can still be slow, and orders sometimes arrive cold or incorrect, but many customers appreciate the consistent breakfast service and the availability of hot food in the mornings. The attached gas station convenience store makes it easy to stop by, and the staff's friendly attitude, especially Jake's, continues to be a positive aspect.
