“The food was out of this world. We got the Italian hoagie and the fried bologna sandwich. The chips and dip was amazing. I could have made a meal of it alone. Our waitress was the best I’ve ever had. Very attentive. The place was very clean and the decor was good also. This is my new favorite restaurant.”

“This is my Partner and I’s favorite Mexican spot. They have great food and the Texas margaritas in jumbo size are amazing. It’s nice to be able to communicate in Spanish too if you need to. All the staff does an amazing job checking up on you. Highly recommend! Also the Mexican street asada tacos requested with no cheese are amazing they’re authentic Mexican if you request it with no cheese. Favorite item on the menu!”

“The BBQ here is by far my favorite in the Charleston area. The meat is always cooked to perfection and well served. Pricing is very reasonable for such a great BBQ. No complaints. Anytime im in the area I'm sure to stop here for a bite.”

“Really enjoyed our meal here. Smoked chicken wings were really smokey, but I loved the lemon-pepper dry rub! Fries were excellent; batter dip was crisp! Sandwich was also pretty darn good, but the start of the show was the deep fried pepperoni roll!! You should go there just to try this. Our server Darryl was top-notch. Can't wait to go back.”

“Dark & Empty. I enjoyed myself but nobody was dancing although the music was fire. Bar tenders were very busy yet extremely attentive. Entrance had a detector which provides a level of safety. Door staff was kind and prifessional. The DJ was spinning good music.”

“The food was absolutely amazing. Service at the counter was good but had to wait forever for food. They said the drive thru was busy. The bathroom was pretty dirty. Dining room was nice. We were in the area for a football tournament and decided to stop here. Overall good experience. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stop in again. I recommend the cheese stick with bacon.”

“The food was absolutely delicious!!! The service was good, they were very busy. There was no chit chat or casual conversation. I can respect that especially when busy. We ordered in store to go, the wait until our food was ready was acceptable. The atmosphere is average. A limited amount of tables are available. It was very obvious the bulk of their business is fulfilling online and carryout orders. Therefore, the lack of atmosphere can be overlooked. I can not stress enough how delicious the food was. I highly recommend this place!!!”

“The service was great and quick. And it wasn't too expensive to eat here. The atmosphere was great and It wasn't too hot or too cold inside. And they were really pleasant to the us. The only thing I found unusual is that they didn't have a baby/toddler friendly bathroom, there wasn't anywhere I could change my daughter's diaper in the bathroom.Parking: Parking is right beside the drive thru and around the building. There's plenty of places to park.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheel chair ramp that's easily accessible from the parking lot”

“The food was great, place was clean, and ordering at the kiosk was fast. I had a problem ordering a special deal on the kiosk, so we had to order at the counter. We stood there for at least 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us. All of the employees were focused on the drive-thru and making food. Once our order got taken, the food came within about 5-7 minutes, and it was fresh and hot. The young man that brought our food to the table was very friendly.”

“A real treat happens to be the WV Corner Kitchen. It is like entering the kitchen of your grandma, where every dish is a hug. The vibe is comfortable and inviting, causing you to feel right at home. “The Tom Yum soup, and Red Curry. Excellent. They cook with fish sauce, and it adds a zing. Musci was lovely, jazz, and the waitstaff were attentive, and worked as a team to get food to the table. Lovley experience. Plus, I collect elephant statues, so the art was also to my liking. A bit on the pricy side, but with mostly fresh ingredients, I can't vouch for the bamboo shoots, but mushrooms and eggplant were lovely. Give em a try, worth checking out.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps to parking at a distance, but there at corners for sure up to building. Wheelchair will be able to get through the door, and could find a table, as they are spaced wide enough. Slightly cramped into the sushi bar area, depending on how busy they are. And that's the path to the bathroom. Bathrooms have lift handles on the wall. (at least for the men's room) and plenty of room for a wheelchair. Sink seems to be a decent height. To my able bodied eyes, it looks to be accessible, if I view it like when I had knee surgery. Hope this helps.”

“Honestly, I rarely do reviews but this dinner was the best so far on our road trip across Kentucky and now West Virginia. We had met Nick who works in the kitchen the day before who gave us the recommendation and he was spot on. Really great food with the correct portions. Cocktails were awesome from Derek who was attentive and super knowledgeable.We would definitely recommend this to anyone in the Charleston area to dine at.I’m not surprised that the chef/restaurant is nominated for a major award.Keep up the great work.”

Staff were very friendly and accommodating (I drink half decaf/half regular and they didn’t make me pay extra for this as some shops do) coffee was great, and they had a good selection of snack bites— might have been nice to have more savory/protein options but the cheddar biscuit was amazing.”

Spicy is really good, doesn’t pack much spice punch though. Cheeseburger wasn’t our favorite, but it is an extremely effective delivery of a cheeseburger as an egg roll (which turns out isn’t our personal preference). Best for last, the reuben - best reuben we’ve had in the state of WV and it was in egg roll form. Will try to return to get the actual reuben sandwich.Hiroshima - very interesting dish, really enjoyed the ball of rice. Just the right amount of crunchiness. Broccoli and chicken are done just right. I got it “spicy,” and it wasn’t (in my opinion). Waitress got more spice for me super quickly. Really appreciated the flavor after the addition of more spice.Crispy Chicken Melt with onion rings - good taste, all seemed a touch over cooked. Still enjoyed it though.Incredible wait staff, very attentive and very busy keeping everything clean.It got a bit loud from casual conversations at other tables, not enough to dampen our experience.”

“Our first time trying their food. And they did not disappoint. We had the curry chicken and jerk chicken, with the greens, mac & cheese and rice. This food was so flavorful and delish! The owner, Bina, served us herself, and she was so pleasant and lovely. She made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be eating there again. Definitely the most flavorful food in the area! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!”
