Black and Blue Burger - first too expensive for what you get. Second - the blue cheese is strange - it's not like any blue cheese I've ever eaten either in consistency or taste. Actual blue cheese would elevate this burger significantly. Thirdly, shoestring French fries don't really go with a burger like this - a crinkle fry would be better.
I ordered the black and blue burger but the blue cheese is strange.... I've eaten blue cheese for years but never have I known it to be liquid and shiny. Plus it doesn't taste like blue cheese. Seems to be more like blue cheese dressing than actual blue cheese. Actual blue cheese would make this a much better burger. Also, crinkle cut fries would better suit a burger of this size.
