The staff is great, always fresh food
They have absolutely improved so much. I avoided this place like the plague for a few months based on past experiences. With that being said, we went last week and they did a wonderful job. They got 4 stars instead of 5 because they still forgot a couple of items. When I told them, they did get them for me. In the past they would have argued with me. So happy to see the improvement all around.
I was picking up an order for Uber. The lady at the drive thru said someone already picked up.the order . This employee came out Miranda and understood what the process was . This lady Miranda needs kudos and then some maybe a raise and she can teach everyone the process. Thank you Miranda

Taco Bell in Dunbar and South Charleston offers delicious doritos locos tacos and Cheez-It crunchwraps. The staff, including Mattiese, Cody Jeff, and Joe, provide excellent service even close to closing time. The food is always made perfectly and to order. A reliable choice for a satisfying meal, surpassing other local restaurants.
