“Placed a order last night and came to pick up today and they said they sold out of what i wanted that morning. Edit 6/9/2026 I've given them another try and most of their issues is in the ordering app and I felt i couldn't keep my original review since it's not entirely their fault. Plus the staff I've interacted with have been pleasant and very friendly”

I gave them an idea for a surprise birthday cake and they used their creative magic to turn it into something beautiful! SPB was so quick to respond and very thorough during the planning phase. I felt totally comfortable trusting their creative judgement on the design, and I'm so glad I did. “Super cute Subway on the G Level across from the gift shop. Ordered a fresh Turkey & Bacon wrap! Service was quick & fresh. Very clean and super speedy! Great staff and very kind. Conveniently inside the WVU Hospital and open til 8pm. Plenty of chip offerings and drink offerings. Close to the interstate and gasoline.”

“Visited you today, husband's steak was so good. My teriyaki chicken was not tender and was very dry. As I have Celiac Disease and cannot eat gluten, I ask our server about my options and was told I could order anything on the right side of the menu. But she didn't explain there would be no sauce whatsoever on it. And not to use the soy sauce in front of me. I do not recommend this restaurant if you cannot eat gluten. I do appreciate they comped my meal at least. But it is so sad not to be able to eat good flavorful food without any gluten in it.”

“I would not recommend.. first you have two different types of shrimp, peel and eat and fried, with zero cocktail sauce... ok it happens, so I go to get some white rice and your out of white rice???? like are you seriously a Chinese restaurant with no white rice??? also who puts Cheever cheese in sushi? by far the worst. all the food was sub standard.”
